There was no proper table for the TV & the room was very dusty & dirty. Our 2nd day the beddings were not changed & cleaned. There was no doormat at the bathroom, we had to use our face towel to dry our wet feet. There was no proper hand towel or even tissue box to dry our hands. The bed was not a double bed it was 2 single beds joined together which makes us uncomfortable sleeping at night.

Cleanliness is far from standard: dust on all surfaces, including the floor and the little shelf on the mirror in the bathroom. The kettle is as if left untouched for a long period of time, a layer of greyish stuff can be seen. Worst still, clusters of fabrics like things suspended in the gap between the closet and the wall! What put us off most is the housekeeping staff, he insisted that there’s nothing wrong with the room but they would clean it again if we would not be happy with the present condition!

The cleanliness was pretty good. Disappointed to not have hand towels and face towels and a floor mat. Just one shower towel was provided.

I didn’t like that there was no transportation to the shopping area or to catch the bus. It was very hot and ‘just go around the corner’ was more than a simple corner.

Location, location, location. Was a few minutes walk from MRT, Bus stop, Star Ferry station. Lots of Indian food, currency exchange options, Malls etc. Mr. Kumar called me on phone with clear directions. Accomodated 1 hour early check-in request.

It's more like a budget hostel style accomodation. Not a guest house. I was moved to a different block because my room wasn't ready yet. Although I was accomodated for an hour earlier check-in but was asked to leave at 10am, an hour early from check out time.

Bed is clean but dust on the window sill. Acceptable cleanliness of toilet and toiletries (but only three in one shampoo). Strong aircon, no smoke smell. Good swimming pool next door for $40

Room was significantly different from the one in the picture, and much much dirtier. We thought we were getting the superior twin (image with yellow pillows), but ended up with the one with two twins very close together. Hotel staff claimed they were the same room, and kept hanging up on us when we called down to the front desk. Everything was yellow and old. There was a cockroach in the lobby. Although the price is good for what we got, it was not what we thought we were getting and I can confidently say we were scammed.
