Frühstück ist inbegriffen, Parkraum war vorhanden, Lage nahe der City, TV, Massagen möglich und sehr gut

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze war viel zu weich, man sinkt ein. Vermutlich wg Personalmangel kaum bzw wenig Angebot abends Restaurant, kein Zimmerservice. Parkgarage sehr teuer. Laut wie an der Autobahn, Tag und Nacht Verkehr. Vor 6 Jahren schon dagewesen, war um Längen besser. Beim Frühstück kleine Pfannkuchen Maschine - ungenießbar wie das geschmacklose Apfelmus. Brötchen sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt wähle ich nicht mehr das Dorint.

Angenehme Betten, großes Zimmer, sauberes Bad, ausreichende Auswahl beim Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Das Zimmer roch muffig, lüften hat nichts gebracht. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Von den 3 auf der Internetseite erwähnten Restaurants hatte nur 1 offen, das war voll, die Preise sehr hoch und die Auswahl war nicht besonders gut (vor allem nicht für Vegetarier). Eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Wasserkocher gab es auf dem Zimmer nicht.

Swimming pool & underground parking

+ breakfast was tasty, not a great variety but I'd say that very decent; great smoothie + very kind staff at the reception, english speaking; + comfortable beds, clean room, spacious bathroom with bathtube, good quality soap with nice smell :) + good location

- parking for 25 euro/night - it's great that it was avaliable and it's spacious but pricy - no kettle avaliable in the room; - it's minor inconvienience but TV programms in english are not working;

Breakfast was very lovely and staff very friendly, hotel itself was also very nice.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are outdated.

Extraordinary choice at breakfast

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with good parking and good breakfast. The location is in an elegant place, which is not so far away from Sans-Souci palace (about 10 min. walk). We got adjacent rooms as requested, Reception was present even if we arrived very late (at 3 am) after a long travel by car from Italy,

We got a very offensive and disrespectful treatment from a senior female staff, visibly the oldest one and the leader of the breakfast staff. We thought that the end time of the breakfast was just the time in which food and beverages are withdrawn and we could stay longer (which is normal in every hotel of this category), but that woman made us understand in an unpleasant way that it was the time to get out from the breakfast room as well. Also, our friend had a special alimentary regime and could eat very little, so we were taking with us some fruits for her (this is also not unusual), but then that woman came to us again (in particular to my over-eighty mother, without any respect to her age) saying in same unpleasant way that we could not take that food out from there because it was "MONEY" (?) while making the classic sign of "money" with the fingers. So she made us feel like being in a military garrison and also treated us like petty stealers in a fruits market, nothing similar to the treatment we had expected in a 4 stars hotel. We had no words to express our deep disappointment, we had to prepare for the check-out and my mother was feeling not so good, so we left quickly the place. I sent to Dorint Hotels a more detailed description of this fact. I hope they will take proper and immediate measures to ensure that all their staffs are professionally trained to provide to their guests the attention that should be given in a 4 stars hotel, then avoid their reputation to be damaged by this kind of shameful, offensive and unacceptable treatment we got from one of their staffs as described above.
