Simple breakfast with cheese ham and bread. Eggs on request but it was over cooked and not freshly made because was not hot.

I was out in an attic room on the first night. There’s no air conditioning, it was unbearably warm at night I was not able to sleep. Reception only available until 20:00 so there’s no one I can speak to, they changed my room to a lower floor and temperature was much moderate. However both rooms was facing the street, can be noisy at night.

Great location easily walkable and bus-able to all the common destinations. Walking distance to the train station. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and were happy with the “modern seasonal Swiss food” and wine.

Breakfast was nothing special. Also, our room was very loud at night - it seems the hotel is very close to the town clock, and susceptible to vibrations and rattling from passing cars. A kettle for hot water coffee would have been nice, as well as a fridge that wasn’t full of minibar things.

everything! staff were so nice! the lady was very understanding and she was able to serve us breakfast even we were late. The young guy at the check out was super friendly and helpful. location is a plus!

it’s located at the central of Lucerne. walking distance from bus and train station. near to some tourist attractions. clean and comfortable bedroom. there’s even a small kitchen and dining table. beyond our expectations!

Hot air was off for part of the night

Very good hotel in great location: we liked our stay a lot. Great restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. Large room, with comfy beds, option to regulate heat was much appreciated. Quiet enough to open window (for us). Helpful staff. About 10/15 minutes walk to trainstation and boats.

One of the beds was creaky: it made for a disturbed first night, untill we found our earplugs.

We had been travelling for four weeks to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Sardinia staying in various hotels and eating out in restaurants every day this hotel had the best restaurant food was amazing.. Valet parking and free water.

The food at the restaurant was great. The valet service is very helpful. The staff always ready to help you and provide you with the required information.

The stay was excellent. If I have to pick something wrong (with the only objective to render the service perfect, given the excellence already achieved) I found the room slightly too hot for my taste, especially over night. I would recommend a curtain or alike solutions to give the bathroom some privacy: the glass door is very elegant, but the vision on the toilet may not be ideal in certain situations!

The room was too hot for me since I visited in August. no air conditioner and the windows had think blind curtains on them.
