The staff, attentive, friendly, the room very nice and comfortable, everything was great!

Good value for money! We have stayed in March for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed in our city break with a toddler, just across the vaporetto station. Breakfast was good, room and bathroom were very clean and the stuff very helpful and nice. We will recommend the hotel to our friends for sure and we will choose the hotel once more in case of returning to Venice. Lido island is very nice, it gives you a nice feeling, clean and quite, very different from Venice city. I liked it very much.

Breakfast could have been more diversified. It was the same every day, but it was ok in the end.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from every point of view. A small and cozy hotel with vintage decorated rooms but very comfortable and clean. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels changed even though we haven't asked specifically for it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with an online check-in after our flight was delayed and we couldn't make it to the hotel before the closing time of the reception. Location was right in front of the waterbus station so very convenient with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time we plan to visit Venice. Also the pictures here on Booking are not updated. The hotel looks so much better in reality, especially the breakfast area.

location was great,near everything, we liked the garden sitting area and the breakfast was good!

No lift could be a problem.

Staff very helpfull, execellent breakfast location couldn't be better for the boat transportation. Nice views laguna and San Marco tower.

We had a room on the front side of the hotel and as it gives very nice views it also is sometimes very noisy in the evening since the bars on the square are late open. So if you want a good night sleep you better ask a room on the other side of the hotel.

Very convenient small hotel near to the vaporetto station. Easy check-in. Good breakfast, which you can take outside or inside.

Room was rather small, but we were aware of this when booking, so no disappointment.

Great location and very friendly staff

Location was incredibly close to Vaporetto. It was a clean, tidy hotel, with amazing croissants on the breakfast. Staff was also super sweet, special thanks to Agnese 😊

I was here for the second time, this time also with friends, and I can only recommend it. Absolute satisfaction, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff. I go to the Lido several times a year to visit friends, and I always like to use this hotel if it is available.

Very cosy atmosphere, home-like feeling.

Everything was perfect and as described. The staff are friendly, especially Agnese, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was exceptional and varied. The hotel is located a minute away from the vaporetto stop connecting the Lido to Venice and there is a half an hour service to Murano and Burano. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes and a supermarket nearby.

Location is good, close to all restaurants and ferry station. But if your main plan is to visit Venice it's a bit tiring taking a ferry each time you want to go and you will have to add a few euros to your budget on ferry tickets, which are expensive.

It was very convenient because it was close to the water bus stop on Lido Island, and it was very clean.

I had to call to check in. I wish they had responded by text chat.

Very polite staff, especially the young girl at reception. They provide us late check in at 23:00 (out of working hours). They send us all the information and help us for that. Other accommodations reject our reservation for this hour check in. Immediately communication from booking platform. Especially Agnese provide us detail info about everything to come from airport to hotel. Comfortable bed Clean room In front of shipyard less than 1min to take the first ship to Venice from Lido

Perssonally i prefer modern accommodations. Maybe o renovation it more suitable for my taste. However i see that in Venice most hotels are old fashion. You have in mind that you need a ship every day to San Marco to visit the attractions (it is about 30 euros an unlimited two days ticket)
