location at the lido was a plus from the crowds of Venice center. The room staff and property was above average on all aspects !

strong street lights at window level could not be obscured by the curtains. but this does not detract from the very pleasant stay.

My wife and I loved our hotel! It was our first trip to Venice, and we could not have picked a better hotel. Staff was great; breakfast was great; room was great. We have zero regrets, and should our travels take us to Venice in the future, we will stay here.

The location was exactly what we wanted. A short walk to the beach, ferry port to Venice and local restaurants and coffee shops.

Dusty curtains, tiny room, hard bed and crispy bedsheets. Breakfast was basic we turned back around and walked out.

The beds are horrible. The clean is not present at all, a lot of dust, broken parts, walls with a lot of stains, completely horrible.

I really liked this hotel. As many others have already written, the location of the hotel is very comfortable- it is 5-7 minutes from the stop of voparetto (boats). The Lido is well suited for a beach holiday. The free beach is also not far from the hotel, it is called (Spiaggia Lungomare d'Annunzio). There is a “Coop” supermarket right in front of the hotel entrance. Everything is there (water, cornflakes, bread, and so on).

Only one thing that I needed in my number was teapot. But there were no teapot, no cups. That’s I would like to recommend you to take these things with you.

Location is very good. And young receptionist guy is very helpful and polite for us.

I paid for 3 person but they gave us a room for two.and they added another bed. So the room was very small. Brekfast was not rich. We are muslim and all meat stuff is i think pork. And spoons-forks were not easy to decide if it was used before for pork or not. I think there must have been a kind of vegetable or fresh vegetable. Unfortunately there wasn't. Only one kind of cheese and no olive.

One receptionist not nice, he took money ( tax) and …… that was the end. No thank you, No good bye, No see you again. I stood by the Desk like a fool, waiting for something…

Great room: clean, freshly renovated. I like the design and the size was comfortable The looks of hotel are great. Inside there are many art pieces, arm chairs. Old-stylish but really cool. Good wifi, lots of channels Location is great – 5 minutes from the ferry. Around 15 minutes by foot to the free beach. Or around 6-8 minutes by foot to the paid beach. There are many cafes and restaurants. ATM is right around the corner Free beach is good: it is huge, the sand is clean. In the morning (till ~11) there are just few people Breakfast is good. Everything one needs: bread, croissants, cheese and bacon, yogurt, fruit, pies. I missed vegetables. It was almost the same each day – could be a bit better Stuff is friendly and helpful. On the last day we departed early, at 6:00. The day before we had asked for a breakfast "to go" and it was really good!

Breakfast could be more various It was a tiny bit noisy on the first floor due to the street sounds (you know those late walkers that like to yell :D ) Would be nice to have one shelf in the shower to put your shampoo and stuff I personally also like when there is a way to make tea in the room. So an electric kettle is always appreciated But all those comments are nitpicking really
