Excellent property fantastic hosts

Sarah and Kev were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, it had everything that you would need. Extremely clean. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at The Letchworth Sarah was very welcoming. Our room was a nice size & well decorated. The breakfast was good with a nice section. The location is great with the beach just across the road & the town a 10 minute walk away. Would stay there again

Beautifully presented, situated on the main sea front with easy access to the beach. The best section of the beach is towards the main town centre which is within walking distance. The owners run a very smooth operation and are so obliging. The breakfast is cooked to order and beautifully presented. I would only be too willing to stay here again.

The parking isn’t overly easy with having a long narrow strip. However, it is manageable with some shuffling every now and again.

Was a lovely clean the bed was amazing also the fact of no children helped me book this . Breakfast was first class plenty of choice cereals yoghurts homemade jams also good selection of cooked breakfast all fresh produce .Kevin and Sarah were amazing hosts nothing was too much trouble .Loved there plastic free milk in the fridge in your room in a milk bottle .Also fresh water in a glass bottle everything topped up every day . Weymouth has lots to do if it's a weekend away or a two week holiday .

There was nothing I didn't like at the guest house and in Weymouth in general .

Breakfast was very good and Sarah couldn't do enough for you, very attentive host.

Nothing really, was very warm in the room but hey it’s summer and a fan was provided.😁

The breakfast was of excellent quality and plenty of choice.Sarah was helpful giving travel advice and knowledgeable about the area.The room had everything you needed and much more , the room was tidied and cleaned every day and milk and water replenished daily.

Can’t really find anything to improve our stay every thing was excellent.

The guest house is virtually on the sea front esplanade with all attractions a short stroll away. Sarah and Kevin are friendly and welcoming whilst the house itself is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight and we got used to texting our choices on the evening before.

My daughter's suite had the sink in a different room from the toilet which was an obvious difficulty. If I had one other quibble, it would be the limited scope of TV channels but hardly a problem.
