All the staff were really friendly. The superior suite was incredible and the hot tub was such a bonus! Loved the fact the beds actually had a duvet, and guaranteed a good nights sleep thanks to the air conditioning. The pool was deep enough to dive into which my son loved! The restaurant staff were really friendly and the food was fantastic.

Excellent location, super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Fotini who greeted us upon arrival with the warmest welcome, best tips on what to do on the island, honest opinions on everything and she even gave us tips on the next island we were visiting! We felt very looked after and we were put at ease from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very clean, the pool area well maintained and overall very quiet and peaceful. Great value for money and we'll definitely be back!

Buffet breakfast in the wonderful restaurant was amazing. I definitely recommend eating there for dinner it was amazing. The lovely lady at reception was so helpful in getting around the whole island, she helped us with taxis and even gave us advice on other islands in Greece!

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to Oia and easy to get the bus to Fira. Also close to a shop which is opposite the hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The pool area was nice, the loungers aren’t that comfortable but there are some comfy sunbeds available. There is a nice pool bar with a good choice of drinks Staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to use the pool facilities all day and leave our bags in reception after we checked out, as we had a late flight! The only thing we would say is the breakfast wasn’t good at all, not much variety and overall not great quality, very overcooked etc. We ate breakfast out most of the days Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay

This is a lovely hotel on the edge of Oia so a bit away from the crowds but close enough to be conveninet. Good restaurant, excellent pool and all round a great place to enjoy Santorini.

The photos on the site are misleading, thinking you will be staying on the side of the caldera, but it's actually on the opposite side with no caldera view. The room was very average for the price charged and the breakfast was very very ordinary. They did not even replenish drinking water or tea/coffee sachets even once during our 3 night stay.

The hotel was in a great location, just 5 minutes walk from centre of Oia with many facilities around and at the hotel. The reception staff were exceptional and very informative on Santorini and excursions, how to get around etc. The restaurant staff were also great and helpful. The room and hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we went to Santorini as they provided a great service.

There was a lot of noise in the morning, but I guess that is the downside of staying at a hotel over an AirBnB as you cannot control other guests making noise.

The towels had the smell of cigarettes, but after telling the staff she changed them.. They give discount for their restaurant but the food isn’t that great and we received an uncooked fish. Also the kitchen of the restaurant was just above our room and there was a lot of noise. In one of the mornings the electricity went down for about an hour.

if I were to critique just a teeny tiny bit: I would have loved to have a temperature regulated swimming pool it was cold most days and as there isn’t a beach near to hand it would be nice to have had a swim whilst we were sunbathing but that’s it seriously this place was awesome and I can only imagine the pool is fine during summer we came in mid-Oct

we had to carry all cases down a flight of steps and then up a spiral staircase. Two of our party are in their late 70’s so not ideal.
