Gym equipment was damaged , air coditioning was bad, alcohol at the bar was not nice, bad int connection, no wifi in the room

The resort is great. Pretty huge. Seaview rooms are worth it for the view. Fabulous food and great staff. Gabriella on reception is exceptional at her job and will solve anything. Very kind girl. Giovanni is the best bar man ever. The pool and lounger area are fantastic. I would definitely return here for holidays. Its been a great few days break in December away from the cold. The weather was lovely and warm. Approx 100 euros each way for taxi to and from airport. Thank you to all at Club Paraiso for looking after me.

The hotel is really not a modern piece, BUT the kindness of the staff exceeded all expectations. The food is varied and delicious. The beaches in the area are the best on the island. The best choice in terms of price / value ratio.

You need a car if you want to leave the accommodation, but you can also rent a car locally.

Beautiful location on a cliff side overlooking a beautiful beach. Short drive to the beautiful beach of Mal Nombre (although you could walk to this along the beach at low tide). The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Short drive to Morro Jable that has some of the best snorkelling spots on the Island and some great beachside restaurants.

We had a car so it wasn't an issue but if you are going here without a car you would need to get a bus (which seems to come quite regularly), to get to slightly less windy beaches or any shops/bars/ restaurants. Very windy at times, but this is typical of the island.

We arrived around 6pm and stayed only one night and asked If we can get a lunch next day after check out. Usually it is not like that But They allowed us. Although we didnt go back at the End but it was a really nice gesture

Very poor servicies, and food. The room is not as the pictures, means that can see the sea from distance. the furniture from the room are very old, the shampo can not be used as per poor quality. the hair dry does not work. For all inclusiv servicies, I did not received water in the room. In the room smalled bad . I did not received the room for what I paid , the hotel has the same pictures for different price. if you are lucky, you will received the room which is in a front to the pools, if not, you can receive the room with trees or buildings view. the breakfast was the same for every days The personal from the reception were very rude with the clients. They are not involved at all in other servicies in order ti help the clients. The cookies are from 2-3 days old. The food in general were very poor. the cleaning of the room were done as minimum necesary. 7 euro per day the wi-fi. A car is need it.
