Location was great.

Wasn’t a fan of the restaurant. Not a lot of non seafood options but that is a personal problem. Breakfast buffet was not worth the money we paid. Staff were happy to help but didn’t go out of their way to help.

Close to the centre of Shinjuku and train stations. Breakfast buffet. Clean.

The room and bathroom was very small, but I understand that is common in Tokyo.

Very central location, with easy access to various train lines. Good selection of food for breakfast too. We had a room on the 14th floor - so view was good.

Location: convenient for getting about the city at just a 5 minute walk from Shinjuku station (depending on the exit and entrance you take - make sure to exit at the south or koshu-Kaido exit or else you might end up with a 15 minute walk to the hotel, the station is HUGE). Shinjuku has many transport lines running through it. The area itself is very vibrant with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There are also two 24/7 convenience stores very close by. Amenities: Japanese hotels all provide a lot of free amenities but this one was particularly good…even SPF and make up primer…no make up remove though so bring that yourself. The room also had one international plug socket for UK, EU, etc which was very useful. Room size: Rooms in Tokyo are small, it would be unfair of me to rate the hotel negatively for that - it WAS small, but bigger than many. We could fit two check-in bags, two cabin bags and our backpacks, even all open at once (when open we had to climb over them of course). There’s under bed storage.

Some staff are quite brusque and even impatient, others were nice though. Don’t expect anything stylish, but it’s a very functional hotel.

Very central location. Convenient to get to all places. Very near to shinjuku station. Many eateries and malls nearby. Airport bus stops right in front. Despite the compact size, there is still a bath tub.

The pillow isn't very comfy. Bed also a little hard

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Shinjuku Bahn Station, von der aus man alles erreichen kann. Das Zimmer bietet keinen Luxus aber bietet das nötigste zu einem fairen Preis.
