There was an instance that shocked me that they were cleaning my room, and my valuables are still in there. I can attribute that to probably a misunderstanding, but they left my hotel room door ajar open. Super concerning during my stay.

The room is big and comfortable. We can open our suitcase fully in the room. It has two big windows and the air is flashing, the view is good, the sunlight is wonderful. The hotel’s location is good. We really enjoy it.

The woman public bathhouse is small and full of people. It cannot accommodate many people, so that we could not use it. The air in the public bathhouse is not circulating. We are so sad that we cannot use it.

The situation is very good, 5 minutes from the central station. The best, the breakfast, different options and very large. We also liked the Onsen, a bit outdated but authentic (the only thing you have to go out of the hotel, annex building).

The staff did not speak English (as in many other places) and it was difficult to communicate outside of the ordinary. The rooms it was small.

My room is a little bit dirty. There are dust in a lot of places. Also, this hotel is a little bit old.

The location is great, nearby Kanazawa station, variety of food sell at the food court in the shopping mall. Optional buffer breakfast is great. Hotel provides pyjamas facial cream and skin care. Spacious lobby.

My family booked two renovated triple rooms and stayed two nights. The rooms were spacious with toilet and washroom separated. The hotel supplies toiletries and amenities which includes skincare products. There was an onsen which was located in another building and it was comfortable. We opted for a car park lot and it was right in front of the hotel, very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

bit old, bathroom is ok but not so clean. so far this is the only hotel charged more than expected. All the rest of 3 hotels I booked by booking.com charged exactly same amount as I booked a couple months ago.

Great location to Kanazawa station. So, so convenient!

The part of the bath that runs underneath the sink wasn't cleaned in some time. So I think they should be more thorough with cleaning.

Good location. Near the station. Kind staff. comfy big bed. All in all would probably use it again if needed if I were to return to Kanazawa.

Be prepared for an extra charge for each person when there. I’d say add about £5 per person from estimated price you see online
