The hotel is in an ideal location, very near the centre, but overlooking a quiet stretch of the river. We had a lovely big, comfortable room and were so lucky to have a front-facing corner room - 318- from which we could look out over the river on two sides. This was particularly lovely as we arrived on a festival weekend and could watch the light show from our room! The staff were helpful and breakfast was ample and very good. The was car parking on site.

Check in was rather slow.

The staff doesn't speak english. I had to pay 20 thousand pesos more than it was in the confirmation. The shower curtain in the bathroom is inappropriate in many ways (e.g. hygine).

I arrived 15 minutes before check in time, they made me stand for 15 minutes until the exact time was met, it was ridiculous!! I work in tourism and you NEVER treat a tourist that way!! They wouldn’t accept cash either, I had to use my emergency card, I’ve never been in a Hotel that doesn’t accept cash, another ridiculous hotel policy!!

Comfortable and large bedroom, very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very comfortable and has a nice view. The menu was somewhat short but the food was good.

The bed was too soft for my liking. The parking had many puddles (after some rainy days), so you need to be careful when getting out of your car. The wifi was a bit slow sometimes.

Good location for strolling along the river, able to park car outside front of hotel which was very convenient. Good breakfast.

We were given a twin queen room, although I had booked a double room. Receptionist was not very helpful and did not try to find an alternative room with one bed for us. Our room was at the back of the hotel, so unfortunately not a nice view from the room. Very surprised not to have any tea or coffee in the room. Struggled to ask the receptionist (via google translate) if we could have a kettle to make tea. Eventually, she told us we could go to the hotel restaurant and ask for boiling water. It was the most expensive night's stay on our trip in Chile, perhaps because we booked very last minute, but unfortunately it was not good value for money or particularly pleasant.
