방 공간이 넓고 욕실이 대만족이었음. 샤워부스와 큰 욕조가 따로 있어서 전신욕하기에 너무 좋음. 오래된 가구와 시설이 잘 관리되어 클래식하고 품위가 느껴짐. 삿포로역으로 운행하는 무료셔틀버스가 있어 관광하기에 불편함이 없고 삿포로역 근처의 호텔들보다 훨씬 가심비있고 만족스러웠음

조식이 기대했던것보다는 평범했음. 일본식 요리를 좀더 추가해주면 좋을듯함

ロビーに入って1990年代のバブル時代のシックな装飾を見たときは少し不安でしたが、全くの杞憂でした。建物自体はやや古びていましたが、部屋は良い状態で一部は改装されていました。価格とパフォーマンスが釣り合っており、おすすめです。

ロビーと受付エリアは一度改装して現代風にする必要があります。

部屋も広くいつもゆっくりできます。 今回はラウンジも使えて良かったです。

洗面台が小さいのが残念

로비부터 나는 뭔가 오래된 냄새(카펫 교체 중으로 개선될 듯), 1층 포함 각 층에 걸린 그림 액자가 호불호가 심한 편. 10층 라운지 메뉴 부족. 추울때는 강건너 다니기 힘들듯.

接客、部屋、利便性全てが最高でした。 また北海道に行く時は利用したいと思います。

Large, comfortable, well appointed room. Great breakfast.

Limited menu in Japanese restaurant and bar was closed.

Rooms were spacious and clean. There is also free shuttle service to Sapporo main station, which is convenient.

We booked 6 rooms for 2 nights, and the aircon in 1 of the rooms did not work on the 1st night and the staff only offered a small standing fan for the night. We also booked a separate room for another night (as we had an evening flight). We were supposed to checkout the 6 rooms at 10am and then checkin to the new bigger room at the same time. When we checked out at 10am, we were told the new room will only be ready in another 30mins. Shortly after; they delayed it to an hour. When we approached the front desk to clarify the delay, miraculously, the room was ready and they gave us the keycard to the new room immediately. Don’t know what went wrong but it was pretty frustrating to have such flip-flops/conflicting information.
