Pendant mon séjour je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine. Je propose comme c'est une résidence, de permettre aux femmes de ménage de passer après 4 ou 5 jours et que le prix soit revu à la baisse.

Situation par rapport à l’aéroport

Piscine froide, ni spa ni hamam dispo, pas de possibilité de bar ni restauration

A really bad experience. The check-in was planned at 3pm but when I arrived the room wasn't ready. This can happen in any hotel so it wasn't the issue. The problem was that the receptionist treated me badly. When I asked for how long was I going to need to wait they didn't even bother to look at me and told me that they couldn't know since they weren't the ones doing housekeeping with a really bad attitude. After waiting for 1h30 I asked again when will the room be ready since I needed to clean myself up to go out. They responded that they didn't know and that I had to wait. I then asked to speak with the manager; I knew he was in the room next door and the receptionist replied that the manager wasn't here with the same attitude without even looking at me. When French speaking guests then came in the the attitude changed radically. It is my first time experimenting discrimination based on my language, nationality or whatever bothered them. It is really a shame since the hotel for a few days isn't that bad.

La chambre était bien et propre avec tout le nécessaire,le lit confortable, la piscine, la laverie était pratique, à 15min de l'aéroport en bus.

Rien de particulier, peut être juste dommage que la douche balnéo ne soit pas fonctionnelle ainsi que le sauna hammam.

It was really quiet and calm. There is always someone at the recepction which was handy since I arrived very late. Breakfast was good and in particular de woman from the restaurant was really nice and friendly. Thank you!

In general it was clean but the bathroom looks a little bit old and there was a spiderweb in one corner of the bathroom.

Really good value for money and even free public parking available.

Could not get the A/C running properly but you could open the windows instead.

The room and the bathroom were spacious

We were accommodated in an apartment on the ground floor - the smoking area was right outside our window and even with closed windows all the smoke was coming inside, on top people were chatting on a loud voice till 1 o’clock at night while having drinks and smoking which made it impossible to sleep. The room was outdated with dirty carpet and bad odor in the bathroom. We went for breakfast at 8 o’clock and everything was almost finished, while there they didn’t bring any refill.

The room was clean when we check in. The room is big and comfortable.

We stayed 4 days but there was no cleaning during 4 days.

Good sized rooms......Our room had a nice view as there was lots of green around.... Very clean, nice bed and clean crisp bedding.

Very friendly staff. Nice poolarea. Good size room.

People standing in front of the hotel smoking, and we could smell it in our room just above the entrance. There where no batteries in the remote control for the tv.
