Modern Townhome with private HOT TUB!!
Maison de ville au centre, propre, étincelante et récemment rénovée. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse avec accès à votre propre bain à remous privé. Juste à côté du salon de crème glacée et du café Iconic Graff Dairy. À distance de marche de Safeway, Starbucks et magasin d'alcools. Idéalement situé à Grand Junction, ce qui en fait un court trajet en voiture de CMU, du centre-ville et du centre commercial. Nous avons possédé et exploité une autre location de vacances réussie au cours des 5 dernières années. Celui-ci sera prêt avec des photos mi-juin.

Great location being across the street from a good ice cream place. Rental was immaculate, spacious and stayed very cool in the 96° temps. The back patio area was very relaxing and private. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion. It was nice to have other family members stay in the three other units.

Recently upgraded, 1 of a 4 unit building. We didn't hear any of the other units. It's a bit tricky to find the first time but overall a good stay.

Perfect place to stay with family and pets. The place was nice and clean. Good Location and easy check in. There is a great hang out spot to chill with your dog off leash. The hot tub was very relaxing. Bonus, there is a great ice cream shop across the street. We would love to come back.

We had an easy check in and this property was cute, clean and convenient for our visit with family in central Grand Junction. Rooms were comfortable and there was a lot of space. We also had quick communication with the owners when we had some booking issues and they were accessible and helpful.

The townhouse was exactly as described! The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day and such a great added perk to this rental. All of the amenities in the home were appreciated, and the location was perfect!

Easy to find location, and central to what we wanted to do. The owners had amazing communication and responded to our questions so quickly! The unit is an end unit which was nice and we loved the back patio space! The hot tub was such an awesome addition and made it even more relaxing! There is definitely some road noise but the Bluetooth speaker they had available helped a ton and was such a nice touch. The place is nicely done, very clean and comfortable all around! The cooling system was certainly different than anything we have used and it worked amazing! Even on the really hot days it cooled the whole unit down! We loved this place and would definitely recommend it!
