I loved everything about the Siam View Exceptional hotel and experienced staff who couldnt help enough and nothing posed them a problem From cleaners and receptionists too the shuttle bus driver and Security/Maintainace staff were all very efficient in their jobs and a credit to this hotel. Rooms where large and cleaned everyday and everything worked well from the T.V to Fridge AirCon Shower Safety Box etc Large Balconys with Tables n Chairs Clean Towels Toilet Rolls and Bottled water supplied daily Big plus the surrounding rooms/corridors above and below me were quiet and lift was fast like the WiFi and a Splendid Roof Top Pool with sun loungers tables n chairs.

If there was anything wrong with anybody or anything regarding the Siam View Hotel...I never experienced it

I stayed in the hotel for approx. 2.5 weeks, it was incredible value for money. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff are so friendly, nice and very helpful. The staff are always smiling & laughing, which goes a long way, in that it shows that the hotel itself is a nice place to work. The staff cant do enough for you! The hotel is centrally located, its within walking distance of the main areas. They actually have a shuttle bus to the main areas also, and there is a 24 hour motorbike taxi stand outside the hotel anyway, that will take wherever you want to go. For the money I spent and what I got was incredible. The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and bathing area on the roof is cool, and looks amazing in the nighttime, it was cool just drinking beers with the other guests there aswell. I cant stress enough for the money I spent and what I got was outrageous value for money. Trust me, if you want to come to Pattaya, book this hotel, incredible value for money!

this is a small thing but, the gym is small but there is literally loads gym close by, so its not big deal really

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Free shuttle service to nearby locations was handy, since the hotel is located a few minutes walk away from the main roads. Pool is good and clean, but quite shallow. Very safe for kids. The balcony was large and had chairs and a sink. The fridge was very large for a hotel fridge which is great for those who like to keep some supplies in the room.

The only downside for me is the location. It's only a few minutes' walk to 2nd road or Pattaya central road, but there's no footpaths in the area, so it can feel a bit sketchy at busy times.

Large rooms.

The people working in the reception did not seem to like their work very much, and was not very friendly nor helpful. They had some not very nice comments in Thai, behind our backs. Not once, but on several different occasions. This was surprising, because the communications before we arrived at the hotel was very good and positive. Large rooms, but the bed felt almost like sleeping on the floor. We booked for a week, but ended up changing hotels after one night. The hotel we changed to, had happy and helpful people working there, better location, better beds, etc., for the same price.

Lovely clean and great A/C. The swimming pool and sun bathing area are clean and fresh as well.

The pool was clean, the room was nice, cozy and clean and well equipped. The staff was cordial and reliable. The facilities like pool table and free cab service to the beach was an added bnonus.

The almirahs could have had more shelves. They could add more toiletries in the bathroom and also some small towels. Would be nice for them if they could keep some tour options in the reception.

The pool area on top of the roof is very good....plenty of sun loungers. Very clean rooms and hotel. All staff were excellent and helpful all the time. Nice to have a balcony, I've stayed in more expensive hotels with no balcony. The gym is small but enough there to give you a bit of exercise including a treadmill. As I say I've stay in hotels a lot more expensive but no gym. I would stay here again, in fact we are gong back in March and my wife said to book it again when we travel there in October.....and if the wife approves then it must be good. The free shuttle bus we used a few times but you can walk it to Central Road or second road within 10 mins....there is a Mini Big C cross the road from the hotel and 7/11's on the 10 minute walk to both Central Road and Second road. Free coffee in the lobby and if you want more the maids are more than happy to help.....I do not have any bad feedback as the price of this hotel is very reasonable. The tea bags are not very strong so if you like your tea....either bring a box from home or you can pop cross the road to the mini Big C and pick up a box of standard Yellow Label......the water tap and shower water I would say is lukewarm but at 30'c outside this wasn't an issue but if you like a really hot shower it might be a good idea to inquire about this..... Once again none of these minor things was a problem for us and we are staying there again twice this year coming up but if you're a bit of moaner and expect a 5 star hotel on a budget price then it's better you look somewhere else. If however you weight up what is important and the effort and standards that the Siam View give you......then you won't be disappointed with this hotel. I would just like to thank ALL THE STAFF here for a great stay and thank them for all their help and effort that they all put in

people that are staying with guests should not be allowed to enter a room of a guest unless the guest is in the room at the time. there is a risk of theft and very unprofessional. Staff cleaning rooms should not let people that are not the main guest enter a room if the main guest is not with them.

A little walk away from Central road & Soi Buakhao, so a little quieter. A great Thai cafe, a launderette & Mini C supermarket right across the road + a German cafe on the corner attached to the hotel. The hotel do a free shuttle bus to take you into town if you don’t fancy the walk. All the staff, reception, cleaners, bus driver, even the maintenance guy where all so helpful, always pleasant. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Plenty of space & kept really clean.

It has a roof top pool, fitness center, and a pool table to play for free. There is convenience store, cafes, massage place and laundromat near by. They even provided one way free bus services to nearby attractions or malls which is super awesome. They gave us some souvenirs after we checked out and helped to check our room if we forgot to take anything. They are so thoughtful!
