The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good with markets, restaurants, and the beach within easy walking distance.

The price seemed rather high for Low Season.

Great location,friendly staff ,clean rooms and good shower,breakfast is ok but choice is restricted, rooftop pool is nice and clean.

wifi is not good,frustrating,each time you must re -login even when you go to another l;evel in the building so you have to constantly check if your wifi is connected ,very annoying ! rooftop pool chairs are hard and the mattress constantly slides off the chair, really not comfortable, the umbrellas are also due for renewal, they are rusty and holes in the tube! air conditioners are noisy

bit older and outdated but still nice. in general the hotel and services are ok for low/mid class hotel

the airconditioning system is terrible. everywhere in hotel atmosphere was sticky and too warm. clearly the system needs maintenance urgently!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights just to be in Central Pattaya. Not really a couples hotel. The complimentary condoms in the room are a giveaway to who this hotel appeals to. Cheap and cheerful.

The gentleman acting as concierge is not to be trusted when booking a taxi for you. Most definitely in a racket with a particular cab company. Beware.

Staff were friendly.

This was a 4 star hotel in 1980,but it needs so much updating that I can only class it as a 2 star hotel. Our balcony was 4 feet wide ,half of which was filled with the air con unit. The shower was a cubicle for one only,it leaked so much into the bathroom, that when I complained they gave me extra towels. This is a £15 a night hotel at best,but they believe its a 4 star hotel. To make matters worse I paid extra for an upgrade,I dread to think what I would of got. To sumerise,if you just want a room & a shower there are so many like this for half the price. My advice is book for 3 nights in a hotel & walk around and look In other hotels ,then change for a better one.

Stay is not friendly. After the last rude encounter, I cut my stay short and booked another hotel nearby.
