very friendly staff, large room, great bathroom with a great tub. great location close to everything the room was cleaned well every day on time, great laundry service.

jotel a bit dated and the rooms should be modernized, obsolete and adjustable air conditioning only from a device placed at the entrance to the room, so every time you had to get out of bed to adjust the temperature. The .bed a little uncomfortable but in the end I slept the same. However other than that the stay was pleasant, the staff was rally kind that I felt like home

It was fine and comfortable

The hotel is is in a perfect location and for that reason we chose it two times. Room, Swimming pool at the top of the building, food, staff, all perfect. So close to everything. The Cinema, restaurants, bars, beach, all in walking reach.

The only thing that can be improved, it is the time when the Swimming pool is closing. The weather is amazing and the best time to be there is after the Sun goes down. I am sure that if you keep that open all night , you will have people wanting to be there.

First room was dirty even after we asked them to clean again while we went out ,but the same dirty was still there after a second clean this was on floor 3 was then moved to new room on floor 4 so much better cleaner lady knows her job and tip her for her hard work.The main problem was the hotel own the restaurant next door which has a live band on every night the music was so loud it was directly under our room even though we was on 4th floor it sounded like the music was in the room with us most nights it was on till 1.30 but on our last night we had to be up at 3 to get a taxi to airport that night the music stopped a 3am just as our alarm was going off. Never stayed at a hotel where they play loud music to disturbed there paying guests, strange business plan.The staff where most helpful but would never stay again due to the loud music every night

The location is perfect, lovely relaxing rooftop pool with jacuzzi Also option for sauna if wanted Staff are excellent and really go out of their way to help Have been using this hotel for many years and would certainly recommend it

The location of the hotel was at the middle of all of our activities. Friendly staff made the experience even that much better. The size of the room was just right for our needs. We did not go to breakfast so don't have an opinion on it.

breakfast, swimming pool, air condition, balcony size thats if you can call it a balcony, had to pay for tea n coffee in room in a 4star hotel, never heard of that before lol, no food or drinks in room service again i have to question 4 star rating, hot water tap in shower room not working properly.

Location ok, down a side street. Pool area looked nice. Clean. Not too noisy from surrounding bars

Hotel is getting tatty. Balcony was just a place to smoke with no chair/table. Carpet was getting worn out. No milk for coffee in room. Extra charge for a couple of teabags! Pillows were about a foot thick and hard. Not comfy at all.

central location and ticks all the boxes

gym is disappointing although there is a Fitness 7 next door. Modern showers would be good

The location in fine, it's in the middle of everything but you are off the beach road and on 2nd road, but this is a good location as you can walk to everything. Easy access to everything. Room was good, nothing to really complain about and I had one on the upper floor making it even better.

The breakfast is something to forget about.. hahahaha. I think I went twice and decided not to go again as the local food in the neighborhood was better and more enjoyable. It's in the back of the alley, but that's just picking, I think the location was good.

This property is always my choice over the years. Meets expectations. This trip is nothing different. However, as mentioned on my previous, this property requires quick maintenance work as the hotel started aging with host of issues inside the rooms. Management should seriously consider this request.
