Food was great, and entertainers were fantastic and bonded well with the kids. Easy access to the beach and reservation of umbrellas for gotel guests. Great activities scheduled around the pool during the day. Cocktails and most alcohol included.

The room was a bit damaged: - The balcony door could not be closed and was not fixed despite being reported at reception. - The shower head was damaged and so could not be used on full pressure as the shower head shot vertical and fired water horizontally across the room. - Reallt bad smell in the bathroom whenever the ventilator fan was used. Soft drinks were all knock off versions e.g. cola was a cheap tasting one and not coke

First when we came, they didn't had a place to park my car, finally they told me to park near an abandoned building with no safety (I wouldn't advise going there with an expensive car). Then the stretcher at the beach didn't have mattresses, it was a painful experience. Also the food was not great, at least for me, maybe they adapt to the Romanians (quantity versus quality). Lastly, some areas of the hotel had information issues (maintenance is not a priority looks like). AC in the loom didn't work

We loved the location, the facilities and most of all we have to say congratulations to the most amazing animation team. No matter how few tourists there were, they went all out and entertained us.

The coffee machine kept breaking down and there were queues to get coffee, wine or juice.

It was perfect time for vacation)

The food was tasty with a lot of dishes although some of them were present all the time. The hotel is on the beach. I had got a big apartment with a big terrace look at two sides of the hotel building. The view to the inner yard with the pool, the old town and the sea was sumptuous. There is a private parking lot. The staff is well trained and professional.

The hotel’s parking is overpriced. The diversity and quality of animations can be much better.

It's just a wonderful hotel, this ultra all inclusive has everything that you would need for your stay. Unlimited cocktails untill 24:00, big selection of alcoholic beverages, impotred and local. Free beach access with wonderful private beach and animation for the children. I travel quite a lot and visited so many structures but I have to admiti this is one of the best I've ever been. I have to mention the professionalism of the 2 ladies at the reception, they were so kind always ready to help and big smile on their faces, that's very nice to see!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!!!

Clean, big and nice room, excellent location - seaview.

Airconditionning very weak and old. And air quality in the room - bad. Every morning a feeling of irritated neck - me and other people. When i left, next morninng no problem.

there are free zone under the balcony on the beech which attact gypsies.Please be aware threre are full of them who dont respect people who try to rest and leave their rabbish .They are very noisy and come in groups and seems the local people have no say.shame this might put people off if does not change

Everything was wonderful. The location is right on the beach and close to the Old Town and also to the shopping street, the rooms are large and very clean, the food at the restaurant is fresh, tasty and various, the coffee is good and so are the drinks. The hotel has also a camera guarded parking. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come next year, too.

The food from the lunch, the same with the dinner with small variations. Food is repeating every day. The same cakes for lunch and dinner. The same cakes every day. Tasteless cakes. It is no better in terms of fruit. no melon. no grapes. no fruit salad. The worst food so far on the Bulgarian coast.

The pool bar has a splendit view, perfect to stay in the night. Also, we liked the private beach.

The indoor pool had cold water; there is no menu at the bar; there is no minibar in the room; bad food.

The hotel is located on the seafront. Perfect beach, cleaned every day. The rooms are large, very, very clean, good quality toiletries, clean bath towels, pool towels, room music, balcony with dryer, modern and spacious furniture. The room is cleaned every day. Clean pool. Very varied drinks and food, even for those who are on a diet. Impossible to find something to eat. Quality drinks. The hotel has parking. Last but not least, congratulations to all the staff who are extremely kind and always with a smile on their face. Friendly bartenders and chefs. Ladies who make smiles clean and active. The kitchen works with gloves, the dining room is often cleaned with disinfectant. The restaurant staff is attentive to the needs of the customers. The receptionists, especially the receptionist, were kind and cheerful. Everything is perfect!

We were the first clients of the season, being the beginning of May and the uninhabited hotel was very, very cold in the room. The air conditioning could not be used hot. I asked for two piles to sleep, but it was not comfortable in the room. After two days it warmed up, but the third we left. I suggest avoiding accommodation at the opening or loading luggage with a robe, thick pajamas, ..If it could be heated with air conditioning it wouldn't have been a problem

- the hotel smelled like mold, also sometimes the room, and also the air from the AC. - ultra all inclusive means tap water at the beach. (which tasted funny) - "do not disturb" sign available in room to put it on the door latch. - the hotel staff - 0 English. Only the male receptionist knew some English... In rest absolutely nobody... - the sunbeds didn't have any mattresses - problem with the boiler. Hot water wasn't available all the time. - to catch a good sun bed near the water or in the first three rows was practically impossible. You have to get up at 7 am to put your towel over the sunbed to "reserve it". - not enough parking spots near the hotel so I put my car at 200 m away in a parking lot of an old abandoned hotel. Where the receptionist told me will be safe. It was safe till the last day when I brought the car in front of the hotel to bring the luggage to it, because I had to check out, and then, to stay a few more hours at the beach. I put my car near the hotel, exactly near the hotel without blocking the road and when I ve come back from the beach the car was towed away by Nessebar "police" , even I had in the windshield the paid ticked with my name and dates for the parking lot. They towed up three romanian cars.. From the same spot but they left alone the Bulgarian ones... I paid 50 levas to get my car back.. But the "police" didn t gave me any receipt or something... Also on my way home I realised that they bruised my car under it while they towed it...

The moto of the hotel was “Safe stay”. Very clean and spacious room. The hotel is on the beach. We have got a room with a big terrace with a magnificent view to the sea and the old town. There was food diversity. Polite and professional staff. The body temperature, because of the covid, has been checked at every entrance to the restaurant.

The room is a little bit ascetic, features only the necessary furniture. The bathroom is a little bit small. There is a local boiler to heat the water. The parking lot is approximately for 20 cars. The indoor swimming pool and fitness were not working. There is not dedicated heating for the outside swimming pool. The disco evenings could last longer.

Amazing breakfast, very good coffee, great private beach, good beach and pool bars, within an easy walk to The Old Town. Pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Daily cleaning the rooms and all public areas. The hotel had implemented good anti-COVID measures. It's definitely a place to come back.

Our designated room was dark, even with the lights on. Its so called balcony was so small, 2 people couldn't sit there with a table, and it was impossible to use the drying rack for the towels. There is no difference on the description of the rooms on this website (the hotel has sea view rooms, park view rooms, side/corner rooms). There is no possibility to choose when booking. You get what's left. Parking should be free of charge for guests.
