Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent responce time from the host. And the balcony... very nice.

The parking in the area is a little bit tough if there is no free spot in front of the place.

Location is great, close to restaurants and beach is 50ft.

One ac unit for two rooms is not the way to go, we had to keep the doors between rooms open all the time to keep it cool.

The best possible location right at the seaside. 20min walk to the old town, new town centre and Ravda. Big enough apartments, some offering fantastic view. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Apartments are well equipped for longer stays.

Apartments need serious refurbishment. Carpets are smelly, moldy and dirty. They have to go for good. Apartments are advertised as pet friendly, but this is absolutely unacceptable for families without pets because the smell is all over the place. No matter how big they are they can accommodate only two people as the rest are going to sleep on old, small, uncomfortable and very dirty sofa beds. There are sun beds right in front of the property but you end up in a nasty situation because they are owned by the nearby Aphrodita hotel and you are asked to pay. The same hotel owns apartments in the building and is doing construction work in the middle of the tourist season. Ownership conflicts may arise. There is a free WiFi but you can't connect to it.

I arrived at Apartment in the morning and I asked if is possible to make check in early and the lady from apartment told me at 14:00 a clock you can check (like is written on booking).We where on the beach and at 14:00 a clock was back for check in.The lady who made clean speak with no respect and I told her that I want to speak with the manager. Than I called to the number of this property and unfortunately was the same bad attitude and more than this the lady dropped the call while we spoke I don’t recommend this property. The reason why I needed to wait is that the apartment is not clean yet. I have 3 small children,outside was very hot and they don’t care about this. They told me you can cancel this booking but you will not have money back.Im very disappointed.About property for sure you can find something better than this with this money,Shower is in bad conditions,smell very bad and no internet in room number 5...First of all respect for clients...,but here you will not find.
