Staff was accommodating and friendly. Location was good for both skiers and access to town. Unit was clean and nice. Coffee machine was great.

Kitchen area very tight for 4 people. No individual room temperature controls. No on site hot tub.

It was OK, everything like a proper hotel, friendly reception and service. Free cofee and bisquits near reception.

Price is already very high and to charge on top for a parking place I think is too much. While ordering we have indicated that we need a parking place, but were not shown it will cost extra. We have asked to reccomend a skirental place and SPORTGARDENA was reccomended by the hotel. It is the most expensive skirental place in Ortisei in the old town. There are local, smaller, cheaper skirentals around, sadly we were not informed. Had to buy salt, perer and etc. It is good at least, we were informed about it in advance.. Swiming pool 10 -15 min away from hotel and saunas costs extre 24 eur per person for 3 hours.

Appartment was nicely located, nearby city center. Also skiing station was near so we could walk or take a skibus there. Amazing view to mountains!

Fantastic place everything was so nice. The staff was very helpfully and friendly. Very clean and beautiful all over the place. perfect location close to the city and ski lift. fresh bread every morning free of charge 😀

We really enjoyed meeting Karin and Tiziana. Both were very friendly and informative, educating us about Ortisei, and helping with all of our needs. The beds were very comfy! Super clean room and hotel. The fresh rolls each morning were delicious. The 24hr coffee machine was awesome!

More breakfast options at the hotel, to start the day. Often there wasn't anybody at the front desk. Posting times to communicate when you can expect someone to be there would help tremendously.

No hall to seat outside the room and no other facilities like a gym or hot tub

It was a great way to do breakfast because we had an apartment so you wouldn’t expect to get breakfast. You could go to reception and help yourself to free tea, hot chocolate and coffee, cake and biscuits. Fresh bread rolls were delivered to your room every morning. We had upgraded to a bigger room but when we arrived they had upgraded us to an even better room with a south facing balcony overlooking the mountains.

The unit was perfectly appointed. It had most everything you needed for a short stay. We were even given public transportation passes, public pool passes and fresh bread delivery in the mornings. Location was very good and the place was immaculate.

Amazing place with a great view. The room was way better than we expected. The staff was very kind, we got all the information we needed for our travel, plus welcome chocolate and transportation tickets and pool access. The room was very clean and comfortable. We definitely want to come back and stay longer.

The location was excellent, accessible to the village and chairlifts. The room was sensational and it was a bonus to be upgraded to the top room. The room was spacious and provided more than we expected. Breakfast was not provided as it was a self contained apartment, however, the host brought us fresh bread roll and offered coffee each morning. This place is top of the list for our holiday in the Dolomite region. Would definitely return.

Villa Stella is super. Wonderful, courteous staff. Beautiful location. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Very attentive. Close to the cable cars. Close to town. Very clean. Excellent extras as well, The bus passes for val gardena, discounted local attractions, and fresh bread delivered right to your door each morning. Bonus tip-take the escalator up the Seceda lift from the center of town and you'll save a lot of climbing with your bags.

There is nothing about our stay we would complain about.

I liked everything. Everything has been considered and well thought out.

Hot rolls outside our door. A very fancy coffee machine open all day long. I could fill up a coffee carafe each morning, for coffee on our private balcony.

The staffs english was very good but my Italian is non existent. My wife thinks they just had to smile at some of my long stories.

We were upgraded to a bigger room! THANK YOU! Everything was clean and well kept up. Coffee was always available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. great location. Short walk to shops and restaurants and to the Seceda lift.
