Breakfast was very well laid out and indoor pool was very relaxing!

Upon 24hour check in we filled out a survey about food allergies, but when we arrived/order room service, there was no communication to the kitchen about these allergies and we were sent foods that we could not consume for fear of potential hospitalization.

Noi used to be a great hotel, where people would recommend others to stay there because of hotels comfort, spa, roof terrace and location. Only few years ago it was the place to be. Now it’s still a place where people go to, but more to either the Osaka restaurant or Spa only, the other things having lost its attractiveness because hotels lack of renovations (the oldfashioned deco of rooms is sad) or not being able to keep up with the latest competitive standards imposed by nearby restaurants. It’s still very well located and a spa is good, but not much else is left of it.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious. Have most amenities - the rooftop is awesome and so is the spa / wellness area.

Hotel feels dead when you arrive, no music, no energy... it is dark and not very inviting. Face cloths in the bathroom would be helpful.

I stayed 35 nights at the NOi Vitacura hotel where I initially arrived without a reservation and was very well received and attended to every day I called or passed by the reception, very professional and attentive, as well as every time I went down for breakfast or requested by room service. I felt like I was at home because of the way everyone treated me and responded to my requests. Just as they already knew my preferences, for example, when I left and that the maid already knew when and how to clean and tidy the room. The food and beverage staff already knew even when I ordered the coffee or tea how I liked it. I recommend the spa service 100%, everything impeccable and always with a good attitude that helps you with the stress that we live day by day. The rooftop terrace with the outdoor pool are like being in heaven. The views to cordillera de los andes are overwhelming and the foods and drinks extraordinary. Most of my business dinners were developed there and all of my colleagues were amazed by the food the place and the setting. This hotel was a pleasant and great experience during my stay in Santiago and I want to thank the entire Noi Vitacura team for the warm attention I received. Not to mention the location. Being in the Nueva Costanera area, gave the chance to go for walks around the best shops in the city, enjoy coffees and top restaurants and do some shopping on the beautiful Casa Costanera boutique mall just two blocks from the hotel. Connectivity was amazing, since you have direct access to costanera norte. Some days after works I went to the SPA, nice gym great massages services and the heated pools with the views to natural rocked walls was so relaxing. The staff was so attentive that they even offered to close later so I could stay more time on the heated pool ! Unbelievable. This hotel is a hidden Gem. I could live there forever! The location is really good.

The quality of the service of this Hotel has suffered strongly. Now it is just a three stars hotel in a very good location. Room service is open until just 11pm, spa is full and open 10am, unbelievable. Low quality breakfast and rooms, bathroom needs an update and maintenance. Finally, and most important, the attention of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, specially Javier in the front desk. Bad attitude and not open to give solutions and help. A total disapointment.

Rooftop Restaurant, spa , Breakfast and facilities were good. Staff changed our room quickly when we reported the shower running off & on all night .

Arrived and fridge didn’t work at all . Rain Shower , periodically started during the night . No bottles of water in the room . More shampoo & conditioner would be nice . No gluten-free or Lactose option in the Breakfast.

Breakfast is one of the best experiences ever in our whole Chile trip, thank to the Kitchen and service for that!

Look like everything is close, shops, restaurants and coffee corners (all of them inside of the hotel) are under construction or just close.

60% or more of the hotel is very noisy due to restaurants on Alonso de Cordova. even though I was placed on a quiet room (510, overlooking a back street), it was very noisy at night. the hotel should invest in better soundproofing.
