Nice restaurant. Good breakfast

Beautiful pools, lovely grounds, staff were amazing!

First room (*Deluxe) had obviously had smoking in it, it was dirty, old and ugly with ripped curtains, doors/drawers that didn't open and close properly, no bath mat, or all amenities as expected (in photos) - 2nd room was better with updated decor and walk in shower - but noisy (event/s area) next door but close to the pool - staff were very good and accommodating with moving rooms! Restaurant allowed smoking :( - Buffet breakfast was OK but not much variety for a 4+ night stay. Dinner meals we also OK but not great. Area is on a busy main road and although you are set back you can still hear the traffic - walking anywhere around is difficult with the traffic and state of footpaths - not much of a vibe to the area.

Everything ! The beautiful gardens, the cat friendly owner, the wonderful staff ( specifically Wahyu) and all the restaurant staff. Chef Sava did everything to make me happy with GF & coeliac safe food. I am so grateful. The pool is deep, clean and wonderful. The room was large, clean, cold air con and had simple amenities for the price we paid. Food and selection was fabulous, and variations every day. We loved being in a secluded hotel, where we wanted for nothing, and only left once. The gardens, and the staff who maintain them regularly, and the pool were very much appreciated. It made them a wonderful ambient place to relax and enjoy.

Leaving . We are already planning on how to return.

Great breakfast, great staff, great pool(s) all wrapped up in an amazing and manicured gardens run by the best staff. We definitely want to stay at the Cakra Hotel again when we return. Thank you for our wonderful welcome and happy stay with you.

Good hotel, 1 room had a bad smell, got an other better room, good service and friendly staff, pool and food are verry good.

The garden was beautiful

The breakfast was below average. All bedsheets, towels need to be replaced - stained and old. All the cushions on the chairs were stained and dirty.

The staff were always happy to assist. Room was comfortable & clean. For a hotel on a busy road, it was amazingly quiet once you entered the lush green interior. The pool was refreshing and clean . KFC was 2 buildings away and a short walk 5 minutes is required to access a mini mart for extra foodstuffs & drinks. Be aware that this hotel is situated on a busy road and taxi,s are required to get to locations you need to visit. If you enjoy a walk on the beach or market shopping , this hotel is not situated for that kind of holiday . A nice buffet breakfast is available with very cordial staff who are eager to make your stay at "Cakra" as stress free as possible.
