La habitación está muy bien distribuida, es como un pequeño apartamento con todas las comodidades. El hotel tiene acceso directo a la playa, el personal es muy atento y predispuesto. Tiene diferentes restaurantes temáticos que entran dentro del todo incluido. Tiene parking gratuito. La comida era de buena calidad.

Tiene una aplicación para reservar las cenas en los restaurantes temáticos y no puedes hacerlo hasta hacer el chekin por lo que la primera noche (de dos que estuvimos) no pudimos reservar porque ya estaban todos completos. El wifi no funciona bien, solo en la habitación y en los restaurantes, en la piscina no. En la habitación faltaban muchas cosas que tuvimos que solicitar a Recepcion (no estaba relleno el gel, solo había un albornoz y la nevera estaba vacía). En general nos parece una relación calidad precio mala.

My wife and I enjoyed the friendly staff members, the consistently good food at Mitra and all the other restaurants, and the overall experience of our trip to CR. We felt safe and would consider returning for a future vacation. The coordination between golf cart drivers, the front desk, etc…was seamless.

As members of the Westin Club, we had our first two breakfasts at Faisanella’s. While the food was decent, the service was mediocre and the temperature was unbearable. It took 10-15 minutes to get anything requested from our servers (15 minutes for a side ketchup, 10-15 minutes for water refills), and the place was not even that busy. Furthermore, my wife and I would go in in comfortable/light clothes, but the temperature was high/humidity level caused us to leave drenched through our clothes. We ended up giving up on this restaurant entirely for the rest of our trip and decided to try Mitra which was exceptionally good—equally good tasting, better service, and slightly cooler. Also, our bathroom sink had a slow drain the entire time we were there. I notified the Westin Club about this, and supposedly someone checked on it, but it was unchanged. It’s problematic having such a shallow sink along with a drain that is slow- you end up having to stick your hand in dirty water when it nearly overflows after washing your hands for 15-20 seconds. As small as this issue was, it was aggravating that it was not dealt with properly and efficiently. Lastly, I think the clubhouse could be improved. The atmosphere could be reconsidered, the food that is out could all be labeled, and the drink station could be expanded. Several times, I asked one of the attendants what some of the food was and received the answer “I don’t know”—a bit concerning if someone has food allergies.

You had to book your dinner reservation week before your stay to get the time you need. The room was missing some toiletries (towels bodies creams robes) the mini bar was stocked one a day hotel room with no frills. Only one mirror in the bathroom and no clock

The stay was amazing, I never have stayed at an all inclusive before, but this blew me away. The property is beautiful and all walkable. Staff does whatever you need and the food was amazing at every spot we went to!
