Location and cheap

It was a dump. Hadn’t been touched since the 70s. Cracks in walls. Moth in wardrobe.

Things were nice & clean. Beds were comfy & the apartment was well-appointed. Great having a washer/dryer & decent kitchen to work with.

The front gate of our apartment (Apartment 1) has a very broken lock.

The apartments are in a fantastic location for accessing all that Lygon Street has to offer. The restaurants and bars of Fitzroy are only a short and lovely walk away too. Although I didn't meet the reception staff they were really helpful. I had a couple of calls and texts in the day or so before we were due to check in to organise the chcek in process. It made is very easy. The apartment had all we needed for our stay, and I was appreciative of the coffee bags (no Nescafe Blend 43 thank goodness).

The apartment decor was quite dated. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, and the tired bathroom was showing a lot of wear.

Location and facilities

We have been moved to a different apartment (2 bedrooms) because due to miscommunication ours was not ready. One of the rooms had the floor and bed sheets not properly cleaned.

Friendly staff. Great location. Very neat and tidy apartment. Was walking distance or a tram ride to every thing we needed to.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, A little dated, very clean and well set up, location makes up for this. Will definitely stay again.
