Cold air-con, clean pool,lovely friendly staff very helpful.

The hotel photos needs to be up dated, the hotel is very dated,the hotel looks nothing like the photos.It needs a lick of paint,mould on the walls in the bathroom, the hose on the side of the toilet leaked,the safety fence at the rooms ground floor pool access were so rusted n broken, cable tie,s used to keep the gate open.

Room and swimming pool are nice.

Bathroom is very old and dirty

I asked in Thai for omette or scrambeled eggs well done. I received runny yolk fried eggs everday. The thin ham piece wrapped around a hot dog was cold. Did not look like it was even heated. Orange juice is an overly sweetened orange drink. Disappointed I pre-paid 100 baht for breakfast daily as Foodland at Terminal 21 very close by and walkable, had breakfast for 129baht.

The bed was very hard. The water heater pot did not work. The ad said coffee and tea. No tea bags. I told person at front desk about no tea bags and water pot did not work the first day. Nothing was done about this. Staff English skills very poor. Safety deposit box does not hold a laptop. Disco nearby blasted until 2 am weekdays.

The location was very close to Central Arena shopping centre, featuring Big C. There were also other stores and markets nearby, including Terminal 21 with plenty of cheap food outlets inside.

dirty. the most annoying they charged for a bloody bed sheet as I’m a woman and I had my period and it went on the sheets, so I was charged 300 Thai baht
