I love gallo Pinto but they should have variances. I desired to have a green Juice which is healthy, and belongs to quality food. Not just only Fruits.

Wi-fi was really bad in my room, regularly cutting out.great stay overall. It was close to where I had dental appointments.

The hotel is definitely a "get what you pay for" sort of place. Overall we had a comfortable stay, which is all we needed as we were only there for one night following a long flight, before heading off to explore more interesting places. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Check in/out was straightforward and most things in the room worked. The standout part of the stay was breakfast. Staff were very welcoming. And although options were limited, this was similar to most other places we stayed in the country. And the quality was probabaly above average.

However, there were some parts of the stay that were poor. The room was very basic and really suffered from a lack of natural light. The main problem with our room was the sink, which was so blocked with grime and muck that it wouldn't drain properly. The facilities also seemed below par, although we didn't actually use them. The hottub/plunge pool looked quite sorry for itself and the gym consisted of one treadmill.

Excellent breakfast. Location. Parking directly in front. Frig in room although it didn’t work very well.

A/C fan very noisy. Remote control and A/C unit didn’t always work together. Need much quieter equipment. Carpet in room needed vacuuming.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. A quiet, comfortable place to sleep and recover from the long day of travel.

Hot tub was more of a cold fountain, not actually heated or functional. Exercise facilities were tiny, parking space was also very tight - though I'm sure glad it was there, and the car was safe, so no problem!

The jacuzzi was bit kept at a hot temp, it was not really usable for a soak even though it was functional.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Not really diverse, but it was prepared with a lot of intention by the staff.

There was no restaurant available for the entire day.

Hotel staff was quite friendly, breakfast was nice, the room was quite tidy and clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was always hot water, the free wifi was amazing. Overall i had a great time! Really nice value for the money

The ice maker was broken and having carpets in room is not hygienic. It would be nice to have a small fridge.
