our room was changed, 2nd room was better but still average.

First room was dirty, and 2x of the beds were full of bed bugs, kids got bites all over their bodies before we realised. dirty stains on the wall, dirty splash marks. Beds looked like they had not been made up just blanket thrown over the top. toilet roll was almost out in both rooms..., no spare rolls so had to supply our own. door slams when closing. room looked like it had not been cleaned or made up properly from last guests. Mould in corners of ceiling. No cutlery for any tea or coffee. Shower hot water tap did not work in first room. They did provide us with a replacement room, which was "OK" but still wouldn't rate it very high. would not recommend to anyone, nor would we stay there again. After reading the Reviews now after we are home, looks like everyone has had the same problems, funny that when we said about the bed bugs the worker said they had never had that issue before..... But reading the reviews almost every 2nd review mentioned bed bugs.

My booking wasn't received, even though I showed the booking number. Room was dirty. Staff had no manners. Didn't even take off their hoodie to talk to me. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

The receptionist hardly looked at me and when he did, his manner was emotionless. Not a very pleasant way to welcome a paying guest I wouldn't imagine. The bed was most uncomfortable as the mattress should have been renewed long ago. Very poor service and accommodation for the price I was charged. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
