絕佳地理位置，從車站步行至飯店約5分鐘。一樓入口有免費的咖啡可以享用。床很軟，枕頭不是大飯店的羽毛枕，不會塌掉，非常好睡！

房間內的空調無法隨意設定溫度，只有送風和暖房兩個選項，最後只好開窗通風。房間非常小，大行李箱展開後就沒有空間可以走路。

Generous room space compare to other APAs. Walkable from Karuizawa station.

I had a feeling there were weird smell from the aircon so I turned on the air purifier, which helped.

It was very close to the station. The beds were big and very comfortable.

It is close to the JR station and bus station, so convenient.

It names itself an economical accommodation but the price is not cheap, not economical. For this price, one can get a much better hotel room in any city in Japan

The location is great. Next to Karuizawa Station. Just minutes walk.

location is very good even raining as it’s next to the station n just opposite of the outlet … easy to access n drop off the stuff first.

parking is full and need to pay fees for public parking. But fees is not expensive, only 600 yen for 24 hours and walk a short distance.

The regulation of cleaning the room is confusing. They forgot to take out my trash, the next day they forgot to give me the rug in the bathroom. They don't change my towel on my second day but they give the new one. So I have many towels in my room 😀

Great location, and standard sized room for Japan. The staff were not particularly polite, but the facilities themselves were clean and up to standards!

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is on the other side of the ski area, but near to the station and the bus terminal, which is great. 7-11 is close by, just a few minutes walk. Bought my meals mostly from there, as the surrounding eateries are on the high side.

Only 2 bottles of mineral water was provided for the first day of the 3-day stay.

The best about this hotel is that it is so close to the train station and the bus stops.

The hotel is very old and the wall papers in my room is peeling off.
