Well equipped room and a good size. Staff were friendly. Close to many places of interest by car. McDonald's and a truffle Bakery nearby.

The breakfast was still awesome and we love the big and clean rooms. However was very disappointed that no free shuttle bus provided although website stated there was when booking.

Well, to be honest it's a bit pricey and doesn't have the best comfort with beds. The bathroom was a bit small and had the toilet where the shower was that makes it automatically low in my book.

Room - very spacious, perfect for family, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, good amenities. Car park - good parking space for free underground and outdoor. Breakfast - didnt have any (2,500 yen per person), only booked the room. You can let them know the day before if you want one. There are also big supermarket, Mc Donalds, nice Bakery, Coffee Shops nearby. Public bath - big bath and little ones outdoor, clean, opens at 0600am and close at 0100am. Location - great, very convenient, very close to JR Karuizawa station, shopping plaza, downtown and restaurants.

Would prefered a yukata rather than two pieces top & bottom (the fabric is a bit thick) to go to the public bath. Thin walls - could hear people partying next door, not very loud but...

Staff was very friendly! The breakfast buffet had a huge selection that slightly changed each day. The room was spacious and clean. There was even a nice humidifier for the dry air.

Some breakfast items were cool. I also wish they offered bicycle rentals based on weather rather than dates.

The staff were excellent, helpful in every possible way. The onsen was lovely - top notch. The breakfast really was great!

It was clean, neat but I would definitely not stay there again. The room, though enormous, had few useful facilities. There was a kitchen, with a hotplate, microwave and fridge, but no utensils other than disposable chopsticks - so no possibility of actually cooking anything, no plates, etc. The beds had no nearby power outlet, nor anywhere to place a sleep apnoea machine. (The staff were very quick to lend me an extension cord, bless them) The mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable, that I moved to the sofa beds, and used a blanket for a pillow. There was no mobile phone reception in the room (no idea why) and the hotel wifi is completely unsecured (no password required). I used it on my Switch and ended up with a corrupted file that I had to remove. Technologically very poor - no usb outlet, but again, the staff kindly lent me a phone charger. There is an elevator (although there's only 4 floors) but to access the elevator you must go up a flight of stairs ....definitely not accessible for some people. It was a good 10 minutes walk from the station (not too bad), and there was a supermarket very nearby, as well as Mc Donalds, but no restaurants.

the open bath suite was exceptional! i highly recommend it, you can enjoy the hot spring with your family and friends at your leisure. the hotel is near restaurants,attractions and the station. the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
