The location was great for our type of visit, it was enough space for two, and the mini fridge was a nice touch

The breakfast was enough but still somewhat poor. Be aware that it is not a buffet. You are not allowed to serve yourself for whatever reason (not explained). Then another issue came up, a much more serious one. Although the doors locked, both nights we were there, someone went around the rooms trying to forcefully open ours and other doors. It made us feel very unsafe. It wasn't a situation where someone mistaked their own door, as we didn't hear any keys, it was only trying to open our door as if seeing if it was unlocked and they could get in (but the person kept trying for a good 30 seconds). More people we know heard this during the stay. They, too, were scared to sleep.

The staff went above and beyond helping me whenever I had a question or needed advice.

I wrote a message to the hotel 4 days in advance to book a parking spot... No answer. Therefore I had to turn 20' to find a car park in the street and carry my luggage to the hotel. When I finally arrived and after i get the keys everybody disappeared and the réception remains closed with nobody anywhere. therefore no way to get the wifi password until I find it written on a door. Room very old and very very simple, very small shower with very low quality towel and bedsheet. Noisy bedroom, you can easily hear everything that happens in the other room and be wake-up by people arriving late, simple Windows with main road of the city just in front, delivery parking below my window with truck moving every early morning... Breakfast is very simple and with food that is not renew everyday and with strange taste.. . In the morning there was a fight with another customer and the owner of the hotel that was yelling very loud while the poor customer was silent.. If you have kids beware of the electric wire coming out if one plug to power the only working lamp that was not white Led. Crazy...worst expérience in Madrid...

the staff was very friendly, the room was simple Bit very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and very well located. close to the train and bus station. An excellent location if you are planning to visit the Warner Park.

Third time staying here, great location as it’s 10 minute walk from our son who lives there. Nice friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, and great choice of breakfast, near to bars restaurants and lovely park.
