Everything is thought for the guest to enjoy the stay, from the communication with the host to the perfectly sized and equipped accomodation to the tips for bike rent and dinner. The place is situated just 7 mins drive from town up the hill which allows you fantastic views on the town itself, the peninsula of Troia, ocean and natural park. There is a lot of privacy and calmness, and if you want, the beaches are a short ride or drive. Antonio is a great host.

All was impeccable

The location was special, with beautiful views, a charming environment, and friendly animals. It is a 15-20 min walk into the center of Setubal.

The views are fantastic

the room, no table or chairs in the room, table outside in the patio rusted fit for a junk yard, same with the chairs, door to the patio opens partially, have to get out sideways to fit, door to the bathroom very low, hit my head several times. In general, all the furniture is very old and neglected. The host got very angry with me when I told him that for the price I paid, I expected better. He said we pay for the view and the animals in his farm. A very loud donkey and a goat that stink next to our room, you could smell the donkey and the goat sheet all day and night. The first time we arrived, it was around 14:30, he didn't answer the bell and didn't open the gate, so we had to leave and came back around 16:00, and then it took him several minutes to answer and open the gate for us. He said we can leave, but we were tired and not up to search for another apartment.

Bed a bit smaller than we’re used to

Location was good

It needed a good clean. We washed dirty crockery and the coffee machine had dirty water in it. Not what you would expect in a property.
