Very nice apparment. Very comfortable. Clean. We had everything we needed, there even were coffee, bread etc Close to the tube and busses. And view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom!

Guillaume was very responsive and sent very detailed instructions so that we could have a late check-in, which we really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers who shared the pull-out. We appreciated the extra touches of coffee, bread and jam so that we had some fuel to walk to the Eiffel Tower the morning after we arrived.

We chose this place primarily because private parking was listed as an amenity and we were arriving in Paris with a rental car (a small SUV), at the end of our ski trip in France. I didn't realize at first that parking would be an extra charge until after we had booked (this was not Guillaume's fault, but took several clicks on booking.com to realize that parking was an extra charge). The booking was non-refundable so we couldn't change it, and there was no way to pay for the parking fees online. When we were checking out and heading to the airport, we ended up having to run around the neighborhood looking for an ATM, so we could leave cash at the apartment to pay the parking balance. For some reason none of the ATMs in the neighborhood would work with our foreign cards, so we had to leave leftover euros and some foreign cash (sorry, Guillaume!). Then, when we were pulling out of the parking spot, the exit ramp was very narrow with a tight turn, and we spent 30 minutes trying to exit...yet we still scraped the bumper and hubcap which ended up costing us 1500 euros (hopefully we will get reimbursed with insurance)!

the apartment is cozy and well equipped and well situated- albeit not in the city center.

Little far from tourist sights as first time visitors, but great residential area close to metro

Nice apartment with everything we needed. Our first impression was it is really small (our living room is bigger than it) but we later realized it is big apartment for Paris. My top favorite facility was the washing machine :) Very clean, air conditioning, coffee and welcome treats for us. The owner arranged an indoor garage for us (not very suitable for big cars, we scratched ours a little). very good location, restaurants, groceries and bakeries nearby.

Perfect location for Porte de Versailles. Nice area other than the conference centre. Quiet at night.

It is small. Toilet and bathroom both very small

Place has own kitchen, living room (with sofa bed), bedroom, wc, bathroom with shower (a bit tiny) and a kind of dressing/luggage storage room. It has more than enough space for luggages. Metro stations, tram stations and bus stops to reach the city are quite close (less than 10 min by quick walk). The apartment is pretty Parisian style. Key system and pick-up as well returning is working well. Vidal (owner) is helpful as well as the cleaning lady.

When we arrived, the apartment was not yet cleaned and smelled old. The flooring as well as the whole apartment is a bit oldish and would need some renovation but everything was working fine. The shower and toilet are tiny but works well for normal size of people. Elevator is really tiny and slow but if you are patience and some family members like to walk stairs, it didn't matter us. Apartment is a bit difficult to reach by public transportation with luggages so our recommendation is to go until Paris centrum (for example Opera / Gare de Lyon) and then take a taxi (especially when travelling with kids)

very nice apartment close to a Metro stop. had all that we needed for our stay. lots of cool breezes from the many windows and you could see Sacre Coeur!

Bigger than expectations. Clean and well organized for late night check in. Liked capsule coffee.

Difficulty of parking. Not many spaces in public parking(street) and reserved parking (25euros per day) Shower room is quite small for man. Elevator is quite small for big luggage. Looks good location but no advantage for the tourists with car.

Fantastic location, very near the Porte de Versailles metro station. Very comfortable bed, extremely clean and welcoming. Guillaume was very helpful and extremely kind to me and my family. Thank you so much for everything!

It was all good just be aware that distances to main attractions are a walk so i advise to take metro lines
