Great quality kitchenette set up and in a good location on an ideal trainline for tourists. Has laundry included which was a plus.

Sound was a big issue, had plumbing that was very loud and strange noises upstairs every day from 8am. There was no real instructions for the laundry machines and they hadn’t been cleaned/maintained in a while so the dryer didn’t do it’s job.

The room was v nice and modern. Felt v new. Many different staff manning front desk but all were friendly. We really had a v comfortable stay there. Enjoyed the nice rooftop view!

The location (15 district) is rather far from city centre and we somehow couldn't locate a nearby boulangerie to buy breakfast unlike when we stayed at the 1st district. But I'm quibbling. It is essentially a quiet neighbourhood.

The location was awesome. It’s situated in a part of Paris where we have never been! Very nice area!

Although the underground garage was awesome, it was difficult to get out of it with a big car.

Perfect compromise to visit Paris - decent space (not another "10m2 apartment" like in the city centre) and very good price. Yes, a bit far but there is a metro in Issy which makes things much easier. Navigo card in regular version covers metro and also buses within Issy. The room itself was very clean and just as described.

Nothing comes to my mind. Just be prepared - if you use CDG airport, it is really far from Issy. 1,5hrs for the trip itself, only then check-in etc. In my case mere trip to CDG took almost 3hrs because there was a technical issue on RER B line. Save a proper margin.

When we finally got the room we originally booked, the size of the room was great, with a separate living area and kitchen. We even had a view of the Eiffel tower (if you want to ask, I think all rooms higher up and at the back of the building do!)

- Instead of being given the room we booked (2 person apartment with separate living room/kitchen), we were offered a huge, dark room in the basement which had a very strong cooking smell. I pointed out to the receptionist that this wasn’t what we had booked and he acted naïve, saying ‘sometimes booking.com puts certain rooms in the same category’. As he had clearly given the room we booked to someone else, he showed us some small rooms higher up which we decided we would prefer to stay in for a night until our room was available. The small rooms were obviously not what we booked and also on the noisy, road side of the building. - When we finally moved to our originally booked room, it was a lot better in terms of space and light and was also quieter. Like all the rooms we had seen, it wasn’t very clean though, eg stains on the bathroom walls, bits of old dirty mop on the floor - I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The shower also had a strong drain smell. - For some reason after all this the receptionist offered said he had sent us a bottle of champagne which didn’t even turn up - what was the point?! All we wanted was the correct room from the start. - Generally this hotel looks much more modern and clean in the photos. In real life it is more run down and needs to be cleaned better.

nice place, easy for us to pack our car. Staffs there are very nice! Equipments in the house are good enough for us to use! We will come next time 😉

THe accommodation was outstanding. On arrival we were upgraded. the accommodation is close to all amenities. Parking on site - very secure.

Nothing it was perfect for our stay

Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean, well equipped apartments that made making your own food easy. Comfy beds, quality bedding. Laundry room with washers and dryers. We were surprised with an upgrade. Our teenage daughter was very happy with her own room! Thanks so much! Great coffee! And to see the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop!! We would recommend this awesome place to stay to everyone!

First room with window broken and that cannot be closed Offered a second room so smelly, shower faucet that broke in my hand definitely not a good choice

Great place to stay in the Paris suburbs. Our room had all the necessities. The design of the room was pretty nice too. The aparthotel has washing and drying machines which is super cool

Everything was fine😉! There was everything you need to cook and have a good stay. There was also a terrace with a lovely view. We lived in two rooms on the 5th floor. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 10 minutes to the metro, 8 minutes to the RER (25 minutes to the Eiffel Tower). 🥰Thank you so much for allowing us to leave our handbags on the day of departure❣️

Between apartments was quiet, but because of the windows overlooking the road - on weekdays there was a high hearing of traffic...😕

the staff was wonderful and the roof top was really nice!

we were kind of hot and they didn’t have the AC hooked up.
