We had a good sleep every night. Peaceful environment to return to after long busy days at a conference

Hauling heavy luggage up and down the stairs Light not working in twin bed room.

Very spacious, clean and closer to beach and shopping centres, restaurants and theme parks. Laundry, pool facility was really good and very comfortable bed.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all and the kitchen rangehood was faulty. Reported to the management but no response.

The pool and access to shops.

The apartment was very dirty. windows not clean, skirting boards dirty with food bits on doors and walls. Under the lounge cushions was old food including bacon pieces and cabanossi bits. The furniture was minimal and the lounge was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Minimal crockery and utensils and we had to buy extra to be able to cook. The owners of the aparttment need to update the furniture as it was terrible. Sorry for the bad review but it was awful. I cleaned everything so hopefully the next person will appreciate. No lifts was a huge issue as I had my 85 year old mother with us which was a huge challenge getting up and down the stairs.

Great location! We loved the pool and spa

More toilet paper, soap , shampoo & towels would have been good to last the week.

Loved the space and location and a benefit of spa, pool and locked up garage if you happen to have a car. Property was clean and staff was helpful. Had a issue with one of the TV's which staff attended too within 5 to 10minutes but sadly couldn't do anything.

Wished the pool was slightly warmed up and missing 1 or 2 things like a drying rack for the dishes and 1 of the air conditioner remotes which we just used from the room instead and a little disappointed that the tv in the bedroom stopped working or broke after 2 to 3 days out of our 7day stay.

minimal ammenities provided and toilet seat still had urine on it. guests were instructed to clean and wipe down benches,’wash anything used, empty bin and place in certain location, strip sheets off bed and place towels in laundry tub. if this was not completed a fee would be taken from the credit card booked with.

tv remote not working in bedroom blinds don’t close properly

Location was great. Very convenient and the staff are friendly.
