We, a family of 4, arrived late at night and Ray met us to check us in. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom right at the pool and steps to the beach. It is centrally located to some good restaurants and a mini-market. We had our laundry done on site and it was well done and reasonably priced. I even forgot my jewelry box and Ray went above and beyond by mailing it to our next destination. We would definitely recommend this place for the facility, location and service.

This is a fantastic beach front location in the middle part of Koh Lanta. Walking distance to good restaurants and one of the best cafe's on the Island Full-Fill. Ray was the most excellent host, efficient and nothing was a problem. She had a good understanding of English, and her recommendations from beauty spas to restaurants, cars to walks and cooking schools were outstanding. Ray is worth her weight in gold to have around she absolutely made our stay on Koh Lanta so much better. You really felt she was genuinely wanting you to have the best experience, not only at the resort but on Koh Lanta as well. The only reason we didn't give this stay an excellent is our apartment (BA B1) was a little tired with some things not working their best. But it was nice and private on the upper floor which suited us. We did move downstairs for the last night due a leak problem from torrential rain and that apartment had been done up, so much nicer finished. If there was anything not right Ray was very quick to fix or change though.

It was amazing. We ha a really good time. I had the pool villa with five friends. Nice to hang out. Each room had there separate entrance. A rood too terrace to see the stars at night. The beach just across the villa. Amazing. And ray she was the best. She helped us with everything. Tour booking, taxi, appointments, scooter rental. Definitely a recommendation!!!

the location was fantastic. just enough off the beaten path. we were there in low season and basically had a private beach.

the neighbor (not with the property) is fixing up his beachside bar so there is some construction noise but the worst part was two nights he had a big fire and the smoke comes directly into the property. it means you can’t be outside or in the living room (which has no AC.

What a fabulous place to relax for our four days in Ko Lanta. The accommodation is so beautiful and right on the beach. The infinity pool right outside our apartment was a perfect way to cool off from the heat. Ray was amazing. Nothing too much trouble and responsive any hour of day by phone. Enjoyed some lovely meals in local restaurants - Diamond Cliff, Richey and a takeaway from the French bakery. Please do not hesitate to book this beautiful accommodation.

Nothing, but if you don’t like quiet this is not the place for you.

It was a beautiful location right in the beach. there was a nice restaurant nearby called Nature House and few right on the beach for food and drinks. it was such a mellow community. The landscaping was beautiful and well kept and located right near a couple small markets.

The Beachfront Villa was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room. The living room and kitchen really make it feel like a home. We stayed 4 nights and we were sad to have to leave it really felt like home. The staff were great and always out around the hotel cleaning up and looking after the beach. The beach is so private and the staff clean every morning.

We loved everything about the place. We will be going back.
