Chambres pleines de moustiques la climatisation de marche pas bien et la température n’est pas réglable dans les chambres. Je me suis fait réveillé à 2h du matin et la réception te rétorque d’autres personnes ont signalé le même problème mais on n’a pas de solutions. Le lendemain un autre réceptionniste qui paraissait plus professionnel a essayé au moins de proposer un ventilateur . L’hôtel est en face de la gare mais pas accessible avec une voiture . Si vous avez des valises vous êtes morts il vous faudra descendre de l’autre côté monter le pont pour ensuite marcher 500 m pour rejoindre l’hôtel

De locatie is top. Dichtbij het station en vlak aan het oud centrum. Vlak naast Mo.Co waar je geweldig kan vertoeven in de tuin ná een museumbezoek. Het lawaai van de treinen en trams valt best goed mee

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old city, with a tram stop in front of the hotel and main train station directly across the road. The double glazed windows kept all the noise out but we could have fresh air in the room if we wanted it. Everything we wanted to see and do was within close walking distance which made the stay so lovely. Beware the brasserie across the road from the hotel ( they will overcharge and yell at you if you protest€17 for 3 coffees and pastries!!) Everything was clean and neat and if I had to say anything the room sizes were a little cosy. However the beds were generous and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful

The heating/ cooling was not working and the rooms were sweltering hot. We had to open the window but then the noise from the constant trains, mopeds and cars kept us awake most of the night One staff members was helpful in booking us a restaurant and taxi One just pointed to where the water was and would not speak The ad was misleading when it said parking across the street - it was much farther than that. Simple instructions on how to get to the hotel from the parking lot would be appreciated by weary travellers. Staff could be a lot more specific with their helpfulness

Emplacement idéal. Personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux mais un peu cher.

Bouilloire à disposition avec du café hyophilisé, j aurais apprécier tant qu'à proposer une boisson, avoir un ou deux sachets de thé ou tisane

Bonne ambiance, super accueil du personnel. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Très propre. En dehors des commentaires plus bas, c'était un super séjour car l'accompagnement du personnel dans tout son ensemble était excellent, professionnel et chaleureux.

Attention au coin d'un muret, juste avant la descente du petit escalier de la chambre 325 : il est tranchant et pile à hauteur d'oeil d'une personne d'1 mètre 80 ... Un peu plus accessoire : la fenêtre de la chambre 325 (plafonnier) n'a pas de rideau !!!! Et la salle de bain n'a pas de système de chauffage, un peu archaïque...
