The location was excellent and our bedroom was a good size, however it was a superior room on the front of the hotel with a nice view of the slope.

very disappointing stay for the cost. The hotel in general was cold and we had to have an extra heater in our room as the radiator was not working. The biggest let down was the food. we paid for half board and we only ate there for 3 nights out of 7. it was a set menu of only one choice for each course. There should have been 2 or 3 choices on the set menu for each course, if you didn’t like what was on offer there was nothing else offered. The service was so slow especially as there wasn’t a variety of food being cooked. it would take at least 40 minutes between each course. some times they would try to give us some one else’s food. the restaurant staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to have clue what they were doing bordering on the chaotic some times. breakfast was average but very poor hot food on offer if you could get it. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff is always willing to assist/help with a smile. Makes you feel very welcome!

It is not for those with heavy luggage as there is no lift, especially if your room is on the top floor. It can be a strain on the back. Hence, can't give it a full 10.
