Toilet broken, went 8 hours before they fixed it, and had to call several times. Wi-Fi really bad Could use some more furnitures on the Balkon. Parking 9 Euro pr day

The apartment is quite spacious.

Where do I begin? This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. 1) the path from tower A to the road was completely frozen every morning. I had to carry my 2 year old and even I struggled to stay on my feet 2) floor under the couch was DIRTY AND DUSTY, we found a candy wrapper underneath it as well as a kitchen spool. honestly, noone looked under before letting us in? 3) there were white stains on the couch. I really prefer not to think about the origin of the stains. 4) as we were in the apartments and not hotel rooms, every morning and evening we had to wait to be seated, treated as citizens of 3rd world - I specifically asked if we can use the hotel restaurant prior to deciding on the hotel and was told this would be no issue. Well, seems like it is an issue. 5) apartments are connected to wellness facilities by corridor, but it takes roughy 5-7 mins to get from one side to another, with plenty cold air places (while waiting for elevator, for eg). kids were really cold. 6) pools are cold, even the kid’s one.

Lack of hooks for drying clothes

The view from the 10th floor was amazing. Also staff was friendly and provided a rucksack for our hike. Breakfast had great quality. Parking spot was secured with an extra door.

Sometimes I got lost on the way from the apartment building to the Hotel / SPA area, some signs would have helped. For my taste the SPA area wasn't heated enough. My massage was great - thanks David - the one my wife had was not good.

We had been before to the Hotel Cristallo, and it is great that they maintain the same high level of quality. The food is still super, the service is excellent, the location is great, Katschberg is great ski area.

Although from the pictures we knew that our two bedroom apartment has a "modern" setup for the bathrooms, we took the room as it was the last available. In reality we really did not like that the bathtube is next to the bed in the middle of the room and the showers are in the bedroom with a see through glass, so there is no privacy at all. It maybe good in love-hotel but not so great for a family with teenagers. One more little inconveniece was that the living room had an uncomfortable couch and very little lighting. However, as each apartment is differently configured we may had been just unlucky. Two years ago we had a great apartment.
