Didn’t expect, but my room was upgraded with Tea ceremony offered but lack of time due to plan.

The location is inside of Coex shopping mall connect with lots of restaurants, pharmacy, movie theater, aquarium, skin care clinic, hospital. Also beautiful temple Bongeunsa is just across the street. Subway & limousine bus from/to is also connected with the mall. Excellent convenient location.

寒い冬の旅行だったので、coexモールの中のホテルは、買い物も食事もの暖かい環境だったので、楽だった。

洗濯機が長い時間かかったのに、脱水が出来ていなかった。

It was a pleasant stay.

Super convenient with malls attached right at your doorstep.

Most of the shops and restaurants in the mall close at 8pm?! The first room we checked into had a foul smell that lingers but it was very nice that the front desk staff arranged a change of room right away.

Close to the coex easy to get around train stations close !! And buses to airport close by all very comfortable

Spa is closed on Wednesday’s I was sad about that but otherwise excellent

It is great as a last destination before heading home as the CALT bus to the Airport is only 3 minutes walk from the Hotel. They also provide a Spa service which is like Hot and Cold Onsen Baths as well as Sauna and Steam Room in a very organised system. We got upgraded and really appreciate this!

Great hotel with great service

The location was excellent, connecting to the Coex Mall and so many restaurants and shops. Also it was so easy access to 2 different subway lines. When we checked into our room, they have served us with hot tea in our room in beautiful teacup set. That really relaxed us after 16hours of flight from Atlanta. We had 2bedroom suite and Kitchen was very clean and had everything for a long term staying. The guest relation service was beyond my expectation, specially Lily Choi went out of her way to help us with many things. Thanks Lily Choi I will defiantly comeback to this hotel when I comeback to Korea

convenient, good location, good to have laundry machine in the room

dirty, poor housekeeping, toilet with dirty marks, dusty on all the furniture, daily cleanup was poor, requested change of bed sheets but never get changed during my 5 days stay, not wiping the toilet and rooms at all,

Great trip for work and leisure with family.

Located just beside COEX, a short walk to the malls and subway station. Great for conference attendance. Studio layout with full feature kitchen, washing machine and dryer is perfect for family. Nice breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants/eateries/foodcourt nearby.

The gym is not located within same building. Location while best for conference, is a distance from downtown attractions.

Superb

Breakfast war very good, Asian breakifast as well as European/ US style breakfast. Fitness was well equipped, even the pool with 20m length was perfect. Location is perfect when having meetings and also restauarants are jsut opposite of the hotel.
