The location in Gangnam is perfect and just some steps away from the Metro station, Airport buses etc. in the area. It’s very easy to find very good restaurants and coffee/breakfast shops here and the best shopping is just a few Metro stations away.

The beds was to stiff for my taste and my back.

・シャワーすると水びたしで毎回トイレまで水びたしになる ・ホテル全体が暗すぎる

역에서 가까워서 땀흘릴 일이 없다. 편리시설이 근처에 있다. 침구도 좋았다. 체크아웃 후 다른 호텔로 옮겼는데 스테이 호텔의 침구가 그립다. 시끄럽다는 후기가 있었는데 엘레베이터 바로 옆방임에도 잘 잤다. 피곤해서였을지도. 다음에도 이곳에 일정이 있다면 이 호텔이에 묵을 것이다. Stay! was good to stay!!

건물사이에 있다보니 뷰라고 할건 없었다. 답답하다 느낄 수 있을지도. 샤워부스 근처 수건걸이가 있었으면 좋았을 것 같다.

Reception was friendly and courteous but not accommodating to small needs such as xtra pillow request etc

The location was OK- in Kangnam, close to the metro station.

The standard room I booked turned out to be for only short 1-night stay. There were not shelfs and enough storages places. In the bathroom- no ANY shelf or holders at all! Also blinds looked outdated. I had to change the room type and pay extra. The location was in good area, but it was very hard to find the entrance at the first time, noisy in the night, and surrounding back area looked quite rough

The rooms look pretty run down and amenities were poor in bathroom. No hooks to hang a towel and aircondition didnt work well.

The front desk staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. There are good restaurants and coffee shops all around the hotel. The internet is good. I like the quiet, calm and dignified atmosphere of this hotel.

If you get a regular superior room the bathroom sink is poorly configured where there is no ledge to put your soap or toothbrush. I had to put my soap in a glass and put in the sink... This is a weird aspect of this hotel that I can't understand because otherwise everything else is on point. My workaround to that is to pay a little extra for a suite room which has a better set up where there is still no ledge but at least a functional equivalent around knee high.
