good location for me

Did not like the crew of construction workers who stayed as they were very noisy,especially at 5.30 in the morning. I suppose typical of Zublin construction workers?? Not much respect for fellow guests...

the food court infront of the hotel serves excellent greek food!

This is a modest minimalist and modern hotel more like for students and youngsters, with a simple self checkin and checkout system. The only personnel around was a very smiling aunty very friendly, although with only Greek language at disposal. Nevertheless the minimal conditions are well fulfilled, rooms are clean, everything works and for a few days of a working trip it works very well.

The area around is remote from the city but is close to the Marina Alimos, where I had some work to do. Therefore a car is needed for a convenient use of the hotel.

I had stayed for 7 nights and extended my stay for another 3 nights pre paid through booking .com. the person running the hotel told me to leave despite the fact that i had paid 3 more nights. He cancelled me through booking.com and told me i would receive my money between 7-10 days. the money was never repaid. i was robbed of 300 dollars. the people running the hotel are rude and mafiosi style.

clean property, excellent customer service communication, helpful staff

a bit further out of the Main Street but overall great value for money

Everything perfectl! facilities and room in great condition,great staff , very clean,fair price, nice area,nice balcony view, free space to park your car . Better than other hotels rated with more stars. Will visit again in the future for sure!

Nothing to mention

The bed, room, and amenities (shower/bathroom/fridge) were all very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful though the woman I interacted with on the property did not speak English. We were able to work around the language barrier and she was very nice to show me the kitchen and helped when needed!

The location is not ideal for travelers who do not have a car or bike. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station which is mostly uphill and in the sun and heat of the summer it can be very draining. I found the buses to be highly unreliable as a means of transportation. Once at the metro station (the closest one is Alimos) it is about a 30 minute ride to get to central Athens making any travel to and from the city center quite a hassel. It is also a 35 minute walk along a highway to get to the beach, again not very ideal. Calling a taxi is an option that I did not try because I am traveling on a budget so that could resolve this issue. If you have a car or motorbike this is a wonderful option!
