The Mt Fuji view, the food in restaurant, the garden

早朝の大浴場での入浴は、開放された窓から鳥のさえずりがすぐ近くから聞こえてきてとてもリラックスできた。
又、庭の池での鯉の餌やりも楽しい時間となった。
視聴できるTVのチャンネル数（BS/CS)が少なかった。

We feel that we paid too much money for special room as Mt Fuji view with onsen bathtub. The tub is just normal one, not spring water. The view was partly blocked. We stayed there as we wished to have dinner at its restaurant, but it was closed that day.

The stuff is trying hard to satisfy us but the communication (in English) was pòor...
I would prefer location closer to the Gotemba Station.

A nice little oasis at the end of the line. The water display complete with 100 obliging colourful koi was a bonus. The food quality was excellent.
Unfortunately for us we had 2 nights and days here where it rained non stop and we never even got to see Fuji. Not the fault of the hotel but something to be considered. It was a very expensive hotel with breakfasts at Y4650 and the cheapest dinner at Y9000 per person. We opted to have breakfasts elsewhere and still spent Y117500 for 2 nights. A bit pricy for this location.

The hot spring facility is really good. The room size we stayed is above our expectation. And the parking is free.

it was very close to Gotemba IC and all the staff were friendly . Breakfast was also great. it is perfection itself. Nice room with a view of Mt.Fuji. I want to go back.

I liked the onsen inside the hotel
for some reason restaurants were not available at a time I was there. this is a little bit frustrating that you cannot have dinner at hotel.

I booked the rooms with breakfast included they just give us for one person and we are a group of 3 people where we booked 2 rooms. it is kinda rude to show that we are not welcome

incredible view to the Mount Fuji! awesome personell. big and very clean rooms. we absolutely loved our stay, we got engaged in this hotel - so beautiful premises!

Slightly high prices in Japanese teppanyaki restaurants, the portion is too small, the fried rice is too salty. Salty.. The waiters are nice.

The room was large for a Japanese style and offered a nice sized bathroom and excellent view to Mt. Fuji. The location also was close to a bus that offered easy, free transport to the Premium Outlets for my spouse. The breakfast was wonderful and offered both traditional and western options.
The television only offered a few channels but in this area you may not spend much time in the room. The restaurant prices were a bit high which made us want to eat elsewhere. For the price we pay per night I would like to see more included.

The property was well kept and beautiful. Great views of Fuji and great atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food, the children had fun feeding fish, and the staff was very helpful.
