new and comfortable. very clean. nice reception when we arrived. quiet pool area. better beds (softer) than usual on Crete. Bath ropes were a plus.

Pool was very chilly to use in October The noise of dogs barking when we were in our apartment No oven, microwave, toaster provided and no kitchen worktop area so couldn't really self-cater.

Staff was amazing, so helpful in every way!

Great location, close to main town. Staff were fabulous!! It’s very quiet around the pool, if you’re looking for something lively or with a bit of atmosphere this probably isn’t for you.

The outstanding staff who were always on hand to answer or resolve any questions and always prepared to go the extra mile to help - nothing was too much trouble. Particularly the Lady running the reception desk and Artur was also exceptional. Very nice pool and well located almost in centre of town with easy walking access to port and all the restaurants in Elounda. Nice spacious two bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

Location of apartment, despite there being a number of vacant ones in the hotel (we could see they were empty as we passed during our stay) we were at the very back with no view at all and a small terrace. Also we arrived at 12 noon, yes it was early but again there were vacant apartments I don't know why we weren't offered one, instead we were told to return later.

Location of hotel is excellent, very close to town. Pool and area was lovely. Even given the room location issue, the hotel is very good value for money.

Everything was excellent including the extremely friendly staff (thank you to Anna and Maria!), the breakfast, the location, the rooms and the pool. I dont have a bad word to say about our stay here, I would highly reccomend.

The pool is wonderful. Outside table and chairs were excellent to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel.

We had some noise from the compressor during the night. The breakfast is too big and too expensive. Better to buy breakfast in the supermarket nearby and have it in the outside table of the room.

Staff were wonderful, and the daily cleaning exemplary. Very close to the amenities of Elounda, close to all the restaurants and bars but far enough away to be an oasis of calm

The room was very small and the kitchen facilities minimal. However this did not mean we didn’t have a Lovely stay.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The pool is fine and the location is excellent, as it is in a quiet area and a 10 minute walk from the downtown. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly service and the focus on making you feel welcome, that is nowadays an added value hard to find.

The Best hotel we stayed during our travel in Crete ! Amazing hospitality of hotel stuff including fresh fruits in the room, welcome bottle of wine, and all little details in the equipment of the room ( nespresso cafe machine, tea, small kitchen and many more) You can as well expect tips of where to eat and what to do and some history of the region. Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Very high standard !!

Excellent boutique hotel right in the heart of Elounda yet still peaceful and relaxing. Superb pool heated to the right temperature. The staff couldn't be more welcoming. Highly recommended.
