Very well situated with beautiful view of the sea and surrounding Elounda, we had available everything we needed and even forgot to bring ourselves. Rira our host was extremely kind offering us a lift to the property from nearby Elounda amongst other things. Fantastic place to stay when visiting Crete!

Fabulous views. Great terrace area with nice sunbeds.etc. Use of pool in adjacent hotel.

Only one air conditioner in living area struggled to cool the apartment in August heat.

+ Rira is very welcoming, nice and kind host, was helping with all we needed and even more + the apartment is in traditional Greek style - white house, wooden doors, small and cozy places to sit around, every corner around and inside the apartment and the way to it is decorated with small nice things - shells, plants, stones - very, very warm feeling about it + the house has good air conditioner and by itself keeps cold during the day, so is very comfortable to be inside + the bathroom has a rain shower and glass door, so comfortable to use - no water goes all around + there is a pool bar next to apartment, possible to use if you buy something in the bar + a huge terrace with awesome view to the sea and mountains on the top of apartments with sunbeds - romantic for evening relax and easy to have sun by day

- the apartment is on the hill, so if you walk by foot is a small (~5 min), but high way to go (for visitors with kids trolleys and old people, might be challenging). If you travel by car, you have to be ready that the road to parking (which is right next to the apartment) is also very high/sharp and there are 3 narrow and sharp turns - might be challenging for not experienced drivers

The apartment was not large, but comfortably furnished, with taste and attention to detail. The hostess, Mrs. Rira, is a very kind person who knows how to please the guests. :) You can use the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Mirabello bay and watch the starry night sky :))

we came across huge heat so one air conditioner was not enough for the whole apartment

The personal service that Rira gave us when amazing, our first room had an issue with the A/C but she resolved it immediately. The accomadation whilst still being typically traditionally Greek was enhanced by all the beautiful bright colours of soft furnishings. Extremely clean with comfortable beds, amazing view from the rooftop Will definitely stay again .

No dislikes about anything , but points to note : The location at the top of a steep hill would Make it difficult for some less mobile to access, but was good exercise for us . We were disappointed the hotel next door was closed down so we Couldn’t use their facilities as we’d thought we could- this would have been the icing on the cake for us .

The apartment was a lovely place to stay. It is in a peaceful location but the town, beach and other resort facilities are all in easy reach. Our host (Rira) was always on hand to help but was never intrusive so the apartment really did feel like "our place" for the duration of our stay.
