Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la plaza mayor de Cuzco..todo cerca, casi de frente con un supermercado.... tenian una terraza en donde podiamos compartir en familia, muy acogedor...las niñas que hacen aseo muy gentiles y la recepcion Sarit y Maiy muy amable.

La ubicación y la atención del personal. nos hicieron la estancia muy cómoda.
Además el desayuno estaba muy bien.
Por decir algo que el baño era un poco pequeño, pero la habitación estaba muy bien.

El desayuno muy completo y bueno, ademas si tenías excursión mas temprano de la hora del desayuno, te preparaban una bolsa con desayuno para llevar. El recepción había siempre té de coca y agua potable a disposición de los clientes. El personal es muy amable siempre disponible. Nos alojamos dos veces, 2noches cada una de ellas, separadas por un día entremedias (q teniamos una excursión); ese día dejamos las maletas en consigna hasta nuestra vuelta, un servicio que apreciamos mucho. Muy buena localización en una calle tranquila y a 2minutos de la Plaza de Armas.
Nos alojamos dos veces separadas, 2noches cada vez. La habitación de una de las veces tenía suelo con moqueta, que parecía menos higiénico que sin moqueta, no lo recomendaría sobre todo para personas con alergias. El baño estaba bien y limpio pero tenía humedades (fue algo en común con otros hostales de otras ciudades, con precios similares).

I particularly appreciated the care taken by Sulli the receptionist and go to person! Her kindness, patience with multiple questions and the fact she called me by name made the hotel feel like a great place to be in.
It took a bit to work out where everything was and how everything worked, but once done it was smooth sailing!

El mejor hostel para hospedarse en Cusco, la calidez de Kenia, Suly, Oliver y Ruth siempre dispuestos en ayudarte, las habitaciones impecables, la ubicación es perfecta cerca a la plaza. Sin duda es 10/10 espero volver y lo recomendaré siempre.

O hotel é excelente e eles têm uma agência de viagens parceira ou própria onde você pode fazer reservas para todos os passeios em Cusco. O atendimento das pessoas do hottel é excelente e nos fornecem toda a ajuda necessária, especialmente para os passeios. Eles têm um whatsapp do hotel para o hóspede falar com eles, sem sair do quarto. Achei isso bem legal e interessante. A localização é muito boa, em local seguro e próximo da praça de armas. Fiquei em 3 hotéis diferentes em Cusco e Machupichu e este foi o melhor.
Não há nada que não tenha gostado, mas entendo que eles podem melhorar no café da manhã, pois, tem poucas opções de frutas, pães e outras coisas, além de ser repetitivo. Para quem fica muitos dias, comerá a mesma coisa todos os dias. Outro ponto de melhora tem a ver com o aquecedor, que é preciso pedir para ligar na portaria e algumas vezes desligaram muito cedo, antes de acordar, o que torna o ambiente frio, apesar de ter pedido para desligar em hora certa.

Excelente localização e por ficar afastado da rua, no fundo do terreno, não se escuta barulho. Camas muito confortáveis, chuveiro com água quente, aquecedor nos quartos e café da manhã agradável. Equipe simpática e prestativa.

Suly at the reception was very nice and helpful. At checking she too us to thee room and explained everything. Coca leaves where available 24 hours a day. At checkout she ordered us a car that took us to the airport.
The flush in the toilet would hang three times.

El lugar es cerca de la Plaza de Armas y varios sitos cercanos para visitar. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y acogedor; la atencion del personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar para que la estancia fuera mas comoda. Especialmente la atencion de Zuly que nos ayudó mucho para ubicarnos en lugares y darnos ideas. Es un lugar super recomendado para alojarse, en nuestro caso con niños fue genial.

The location is perfect, the breakfast was the best that we had. The hotel offers tea & water 24 h in day, and there are lots of public places to sit down and enjoy.

Excellent location at an ally means that it is quiet to sleep but it is also near the plaza and tourists spots around with easy walk. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room is clean with stable hot water supply. Heater at room in winter is a plus.

We stayed 2 times before this one in rooms on the second floor. This time they gave us one on the first floor. The quality is not the same. Don't look maintained and the bathroom was too small. The hot water took too long to come out. Hopefully they can put them like the ones on the second floor.

Great experience. Thanks to Yase and Ana for making us feels like home. They kept our luggage while we did a trekking experience. It was safe and everything in order. Very kind. Everything good.

We liked the location. Near everything. Away from the noise. It was very cold but they have heaters. You can drink coca and muña tea whenever you like. The employees are always very attentive to help.
If you go to a tour early in the morning, ask for a breakfast box the day before. With time. We couldn't have the box and breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00am but it was 7am and it still wasn't ready.

nothing i didn’t like, except if i had to say something, our shower leaked everytime we used it leaving the bathroom floor reeeeally wet, i did slip over a few times, & one morning the other people staying there were reeeeeally loud in the common area around 5.30am which was a little annoying to wake up to, but other than that everything else was great!

Great location, very friendly staff and pleasant quirky hotel.
The rooms are around an enclosed courtyard, so little natural light, not a big deal as plenty of seating areas. Breakfast room on the roof was a bit cold in July, but excellent views.

This is an amazing place to stay, I was so close to everything in cuzco. The experience was excellent, Kenia in the front desk took care of all of our needs and was very helpful on my short stay. Cuzco can get a bit cold at night but the heat in the room was spot on. Simply an awesome experience. Nothing like being able to go out partying in the main square and walk a couple of blocks back to your hotel while grabbing delicious food on your way back. Cuzco I promise I will be back!!!

Quite noisy. The only window in the room points to the inside, where everyone walks past, you'll probably close this for privacy, but then there is no natural light.
