The only hostel I have stayed in where the noise managed to defeat my earplugs..*So* noisy. Traffic, music from the bars, constant all-night barking from the big dogs next door. Two pretty grim nights.

The central location and proximity to the ADO

The dormitory is minimally equipped. There was a power outage for about 28 hours. Of course, this is not the hostel's fault. Only how the staff dealt with it... The water did not work and there was not even a water bucket to use at least the toilet. So no toilet, no shower, nothing to charge the cell phone. You can really say that the employees do not care about the guests. There is not even drinking water and no door to the dormitory. Once and never again.

Location is good, close enough to the main plaza and close to the ADO station too. Wi-if works well. One shower with hot water and another one without.

Room facing the main road which gets very noisy early in the morning. no hangers at all in the room or anything to leave any of your stuff. Toilets/showers could be cleaner and they should check the toilet roll more often.

The location was very good, central. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful

unfortunately the room was very Dirty, not to say disgusting. the beds were Uncomfortable, there were flies in the bathroom, there was dirt under the beds and the room smelled very unpleasant.

The staff was super helpfull to help find directions and all infos.

I think they should include on their page that guests will have to carry their luggage up four flights of stairs for the hostal section of the hotel. There was a cold showers and a hot showers but the hot shower was "under construction" until the last day of my stay. Never saw anyone actually working on the shower. Only one cold shower and two bathroom stalls for a hostal with 10 beds.

Good location and good price for accomodation! Recommend.

It was kinda noisy in the room because the music was really loud on the streets. Would not recommend to light sleepers.

I missed my bus and had to find a cheap place to crash for 14 hours or so in order to wait for the next one. This was the perfect place to do that! The dorm room was very clean and comfy and the staff was kind and helpful. Id have no problem sleeping 3 or 4 days here

Dorm room is 5 flights up a narrow stair corrider, so if your luggage is heavy it will be a nuisance to get it up there. For the price I was very happy to overlook this small inconvenience.

The facility was exceptionally clean. The location was in the shabbier part of town, but I accept that condition as “norm” throughout Latin America. The rooms were bright, airy and provided individual fans.

It would have helped a lot if the street number address was very visible. My taxi driver missed the hotel twice. That’s a reflection on taxi knowledge, not the hotel.

the room is big and have a lot of fan that you can use. the position is ok, the bathroom is big and clean.

I guess that it was ok because we were in 4 people in the 10 shared dorm. If we would have been more would be super noisy because is an open space. the backpack storage charge is 15pesos and I didn’t like that.

The check in can be really early which is great. Spacious dorm. A lot of (clean) sinks.

Located in a very loud street. In the night the light of the bathrooms shines into the dorm so don’t choose the beds in the middle. No chillout or socializing area. So I don’t think that one could spend time there after checkout. Overall rather hotel than hostel vibes.

very good value for money, we just used this accommodation to stay the night before moving on but it served a purpose, good luggage storage

except the fact that the room was very cheap, nothing. A bed with a fan is nice, my window was open impossible to close it. we could here the roadwork at 6am. good for your budget that’s it.
