Very clean, good location of Hotel, opposite of a tram station . Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms on top floor a bit small and because of the roof you get into your bed like into a racing car :) but very clean tidy and comfy.

Room was clean and comfortable

Staff stole my 300 euro headset from my room. I called them to ask whether they had found it and got a very weird story during the week. This was made worse by the fact that the hotel was very unresponsive, often stating they would call me back the same day, but never calling back or responding by email. Only after repetitive tries from my side, they said they had found it. However, while they first said that they had found it, when I came back to the hotel, they then stated they had not found it. The lady at the desk changed the story to say that they had found something else. When I asked them what they found, she went upstairs and changed the story again. She then said that what they actually found belonged to another room, but not my room. When I asked to see the lost and found box the woman just showed me an empty box and was like 'see we found nothing'. I was then assured that they would investigate the video cameras and call me back the same day. Of course they never called back. I tried contacting them again through the booking messaging system, and by calling again, but was now just ignored. I would have expected a little bit more decency from a place like this, so I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Staff was all nice and helpful even if they speak little English. Room was spacious and comfortable. Train station in front of hotel - very efficient to travel to centre and airport

No lifts so we had to carry all our luggage up to the 4 th floor! We had a toddler with us so it was quite a hassle to get the stroller up and down every time.
