Friendly staff, good facilities in room - exactly what we needed

Good parking. Nice indoor pool.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room had no proper ventilation and the temperature inside the room was unbearable even with only 19 degrees outside. Locks on the windows so cannot be properly opened. Room. Overlooking the pool so very loud all.day long. Very uncomfortable bed making it impossible to sleep and giving u a back ache. Water temperature in shower dangerously high. I have burnt myself twice and each time you set it still changes to Very hot. Unsafe to be used by children. No proper kitchenette set up. Poor customer service with a "f"" off" attitude. Regret staying there and it was definitely overpriced anc ruined our whole family trip.

The space was plentiful and it was comfortable.

Could have done with a stove in the kitchen area.

The fridge was mouldy, the table was dirty and sticky, very expensive for what you get. Bad shower.

All been remodernised. Lovely pool, Sauna and Gym. Great veranda by bar. Very clean and comfortable en suite motel room

Very clean and large room. location good. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Zoe on reception. Loved the pool and jacuzzi area. Bar comfortable with nice atmosphere . Bus stop right outside . Will def return as only booked for one night. Will stay longer next time. Exceeded our expectations .

Only problem we had was the sauna wasn’t working due to bench being broken so couldn’t open for safety reasons. . We had been looking forward to having a sauna . Couldn’t be helped and didn’t spoil our stay .

Bed is too soft, and room was too warm, we had radiator off but due to location is too hot

Great facilities, especially for a family. Service from staff barman, waitress, cleaners, front desk so on first class always with a smile & very helpful. Beds comfy & I felt the food was good vale & great to have a restaurant onsite. Location very good we loved charmouth Excellent facilities for a family (soft play poll so on) Pool was good. A little inconvenient having to book/pay but I can see why they do it in order to manage the number of people in peak. We were off peak and pool was quiet

It is true in the motel there is a little noise (for us could here kitchen fan & in my brother room said they could hear bar a little). However, fir me not super noticeable & not anything that disturbed anyone sleep but if you are a sensitive sleeper then something to consider. We were in off peak season so generally quieter

Noisy family staying in hotel rooms nearby us made it distracting to be able to relax.

Original room had 3 condenser units on the bed room wall very noisy 2nd room faced road which was ok on the Sunday night minimal disruption but the Monday night ,it ment sleeping with the windows shut to.minimise the noise very busy link Road, lots of week day/night traffic. Electricity was off all day on the third day which ment no breakfast facilities, we cut our break short as it was raining most of the day and there was no bar to while away the time in without walking into town in the rain Out request of a refund for the night we would not be staying because of the electricity being off all day was refused
