Es war sehr sauber, das Putzpersonal kommt nach 3 Tagen und füllt Hygieneartikel und Co auf. Das Boxspringbett war extrem gemütlich. ( very clean, nice bed) In 4 Minuten erreicht man eine Bim Station, von der aus man 20 Minuten ins Zentrum benötigt. Es ist nicht die zentralste, aber dafür eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. (not not very central but very quiet residential area)

Ein Nachtlicht am Bett hat gefehlt und die Dekoartikel, die auf den Fotos im Regal wären, waren nicht vorhanenden, wahrscheinlich weil sie von Gästen geklaut wurden, aber zumindest das Licht hätte ersetzt werden können. (Night lights and decorative items were missing, they were probably stolen by previous guests but they could have been replaced)

Das Apartment war in einem guten Zustand und hatte moderne Küchengeräte. Das Sofa war etwas klein, das Bett hingegen groß genug. Die Einrichtung entspricht dem auf dem Foto. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man hat hat nur wenige Geräusche von anderen wahrgenommen (Türen schließen). Läuft man direkt die Straße hinunter ist man plötzlich mitten im Geschehen. Hervorzuheben ist noch, dass es auf Nachfrage glutenfreies Brot beim Frühstück (im Hotel) gibt. Das Frühstück kostete ca. 15€ pro Person, war es aber definitiv Wert.

The apartment met our needs for our stay in Oslo. It was in a pleasant suburb, near tram stops and a good variety of shops.

We were taken aback when we went to the given address of the apartment only to discover we couldn't check in there. We were fortunate in having our daughter with us on this occasion and she was able to work out where to go to check in and get access. We are both in our eighties and thinking of other older people who may have been dropped off by taxi at Holmboes Gate, it could be quite difficult, especially as there did not seem to be any mention of that on the booking confirmation documents. We had difficulty in operating the dish-washer. Some instructions for appliances would be useful. Better lighting would improve the apartment.

Did not have breakfast. The location was ideal.

The reception staff was extremely nice! They have us recommendations for food within walking distance and let us check in about 2 hours early so we could get settled in and see the city! The room was very clean and comfortable; exactly like the pictures! There were 3 of us in the room so they already had the sofa bed laid out and made up which was very nice and welcoming. The hotel was very quiet and personable. There was a short distance to talk from the main building to our room but it was only like 200 yards.

It wasn't as close to the city center as I would have liked. Everything we wanted to see was about a 10 minute Uber ride away which equated to about 100 NOK each way.

The location was very central but quiet. The apartment was big enough to feel like a little home.

Perhaps the soundproofing between the apartments was not so good but luckily we had neighbours only on some days.

Room exactly as photo, quiet and comfortable with good fresh air availability and lift. Kitchen could be used for basic meal prep.

Had to collect keys from partner property which was a five minute walk down/back up a hill so not really convenient for arrival. Linens for sofa bed were not in the room and could not contact front desk from hotel.
