早朝便のため羽田に前泊するならちょうどいい距離だから。無料でシャトルが出ているのもいい。日本では普通だけど。

全般的に最近はどこも宿泊費が上がっているところですが、このホテルに特化したものではないと思いますので特にありません。

The proximity to Handel Airport was wonderful. We appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the airport. That was the most important feature of all. Breakfast was a real treat! The staff were so kind, helpful and patient. They made our stay feel like a welcome family. The library is a beautiful idea and our family enjoyed it. Even the slippers and pajamas were comfortable. Thank you.

We didn’t know how to use the air conditioning. That was the only part that was challenging. But the hotel reception staff came to our room to show us what to do. And she gave us a paper with directions on it. So we ended happy!

部屋の隅に埃が溜まっていたり、浴室の換気扇に埃が溜まっていたり、清潔感が全く無かった。 駐車場も事前予約が必要と知らなかったので遠くの駐車場になってしまった。

風呂の排水溝が清掃されていなくて、排水が詰まって水が溢れだした。

The location is really close to the Haneda airport. They also have the free shuttle service.

The floor plan of the room looks strange personally. The bed is directly placed after the aisle, which has no block to shield it. The sunlight through the window in the 1st floor is dim. The front clerk did not introduce the breakfast service to us. In the booking page, it said 10 dollars per person, charge at the front dest. I mean if it was introduced, we could also consider it. Printing is charge service. 20 yen per sheet. I don't understand it especially many hotels have this for free. Guests paid hundreds dollars for one night. But still need to pay a few pages printing. This is kinda petty. If the hotel worries about over waste of paper, it is good to have limited free pages printing.

We booked this place for a single night stay before our flight the next day. The location is perfect for the airport and the shuttle bus is great. With out realising we booked a “smoking room” which wasn’t clearly highlighted in the booking reference otherwise we would have canceled as we had two small toddlers with us. We could see it in the small print once it was brought to our attention at check in. The staff helped us to resolve this issue and we paid a bit more to change rooms. The room we had was unfortunately not the best and very dusty with not much natural light. It wasn’t the most comfortable of stays but did the trick for one night. I imagine the rooms on the upper floor might be nicer! The restaurant was good and breakfast a nice touch. Surrounding area also nice for an evening stroll and last minute purchases.

在餐廳拿個海苔要吃,就跑來跟我們說不能帶走,結果看到我在撕海苔包裝,才確認我是在餐廳吃,但一句道歉都沒說. 讓我們感覺很不舒服. 可能把我們當某國人,但這樣的服務心態.....差. 餐盤底下也都黏黏,沒認真清潔.

We booked this because it was very close to the airport and the price was reasonable. It was clean and comfortable and we were able to leave our luggage the next day while we did some sightseeing. Breakfast was good.

The shuttle service does not run very often, at least when we arrived. We would have had to wait an hour and a half. We figured out the train and it was only two stops away. Very easy, took us about 20 minutes to get there.

This hotel was perfect for a quick Haneda airport stay. The shuttle was fantastic - prompt, well-organized, and exactly what we needed for our early flight. Even without the shuttle, the location is convenient to the airport with a nearby metro station; you can also easily get to Shibuya or Shinjuku within an hour. The room itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The staff were helpful and spoke great English. And there are even a few shops around for grabbing snacks. Overall, a great choice.

洗面所に小さな蟻が何匹もいて、対処が必要でした。エアコンがベットに直接吹いてくるので寝られなかったです。

El Hotel esta bien ubicado si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene un servicio de traslados hacia y desde Haneda que nos resulto muy útil ya que llegamos tarde al aeropuerto. Como base para visitar Tokio resulta alejado, aunque tiene buena conexión por tren y metro. El desayuno es bueno y el personal muy amable. Cuenta con restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca.

Lamentablemente la higiene no cumplió con mis expectativas, no tanto en la habitación donde era correcta, sino en los pasillos con manchas en la moqueta y paredes.

The shuttle bus service to the airport was very convenient. Also we arrived 45 minutes before the checkin and they did their best to get our room ready before 3pm. There is a nice Shrine next to the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit scarce for European standards. Very limited gluten-free options although I appreciate all meals were labelled with allergen list. Pillows could be improved.
